Horrible customer service and staff are rude! 1.5 hours until closing and no chips, corn, cheese and everything else running... out. If you?re closing early, just close. No need to stay open and not restock the food with a line full of customers. Bothwomen at the register were very rude when asked to substitute for missing items. I walked out. I will not spend money for poorservice and what you choose to make available. I haven?t eaten Chipotle since the food contamination issue and clearly I need tostay away. Read more
I?ve never had a bad experience with customer service. However when I place a pickup order it?s never ready. In addition to that... the rice has not been cooked for a while. They keep serving hard rice. I?ve had to stop going here for a while. I tried to giveit another chance and yet again the rice was not cooked fully. Read more
This is the fourth time I come between 9:30 and 9:40 and they always claim is closed already or tell me to order online, and... when I try to order online they also claim they?re not able to make an order because it?s too late. I understand trying to closeearly so they can clean but it?s so just so often. Or just update the website to 9:30 instead of 10:00 and every time it happensit?s not just me, it?s multiple people at the door who are told to cancel their orders or just that they?re closed. I ordered a chicken keto salad bowl 01/05/2022 through Doordash. My money was refunded but i had to leave a review. this is... straight out of the packaging. The bag was sealed and this is what it looked like. The lettuce was frozen and it looks like sometype of slim was in it....it looks gross. I will never order from here again?just plain disgusting. It's no secret I like grilled season chicken especial from Chipotle. This is my meal away from home when I am traveling... The... Plain Jane style: extra chicken with brown rice in a bowl only, NO, forget the frills beans, guacamole, etc. Store was clean,social distancing was followed, great, however it is always that one person everyone has mask but one had her mask on her mouthonly, really where is the mangers. This use to be my favorite Chipotle location, I actually live closer to the Wesley Chapel location but prefer coming here... because the food taste a lot fresher. Today I was extremely dissatisfied, I?m guessing they have new management now? 1) I alwayscome here on my lunch break and usually have a wonderful experience from the food to friendly customer service! But today thecustomer service was horrible, no one seemed happy to work there and they didn?t take there time putting the orders together. Iwatched them quickly and sloppily throw together each persons bowl, and take multiple orders at once instead of taking the timeto ensure each customer was satisfied before moving on to the next. I understand it?s busy at lunch but don?t let your attitudeaffect the quality and service I loved about this place. 2) This was the nastiest bowl I?ve ordered from here, the food tasteold and my food was soaked in bean juice because they didn?t take the time to drain the beans before putting it in the bowl. Ienjoy eating pico with my chips and the tomatoes are usually firm and fresh tasting but today it was soft and mushy and oldtasting like a chemical as if they cut them 3 days ago and left them sitting out all night, I had to completely throw them awayand just eat the chips. 3) This place was just overall disappointing and waste of my time and money.
