Everytime I go there at night there is an issue, and the employees don't care. On my last adventure with them I sat in their... drive up lane for over an hour (which is standard for this checkers on a Saturday night). When I finally got to their speaker, Isat there for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to speak over the loud speaker. When nobody did, I drove to the window andwas told that the speaker didn't work???? I was then told that they (CHECKERS) didn't have any hamburgers they only had friedfood. I choose to leave out the combative attitude of the employee on this night. As I mentioned before, this is only my mostrecent (and very last) episode with checkers. Read more
Not good consistently not good, only good thing was the drink and I guess that's because of the machine, room temp burger, Luke... warm soggy fries(fry bomb). They have a intercom that has a voice recorder taking orders makes placing a order weird and I wasovercharged because it took the order wrong. Close down at 10pm because obviously won't get a bite to eat from here late night. Read more

This place has a automated ordering system my order was wrong and the night manager would not correct the problem and making me... pay more what I had! Drive thru overhead canopy is fallen apart! Order wasn't perfect, no cheese on the burger, declined fries, but got them anyway. Got the 2 for $4, which are kinda small, but... both the burger and fish sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Couldn't help but eat the fries, they were really good. And the Dr.Pepper was the best one I have gotten in a while - not watered down, just delicious. Read more
I am sorry to report that this Checkers has gone downhill over the past 6 months. I've been coming here for several years and... while it has been slow, today we waited 30 minutes. Couldn't leave because cars were behind us. We had a simple order, 2Checkerburgers and 2 chiliburgers. Pics attached. The Checkerburgers were pitiful, no lettuce, one onion, no tomato, very dryand very cold. The chili burgers were disgusting, the chili tasted several days old. The meat on all the burgers was very dryand tasted old. There were only 2 employees working during our visit (today March 20th, 2022 between 3:45 to 3:15pm). The onlypositive thing was the lady at the drive thru was polite, so I gave the 1 extra star for her. The automated drive-thru commandsare broken,; after you place your order it tells you "your order is empty"...whatever that means. Won't return and don'trecommend it. (Edit 3/25/2022 - As you can see Checker's corporate - or the management company - or the owner replied to thisreview with a very generic response asking to contact Checkers corporate to get feedback. This is unsatisfactory and should letany customer who visits this location realize that NOTHING will be done regarding the quality of service at this location. Iwould suggest that this particular store look at the successes of other stores in the region. For example look at the store inHiram, Ga., or the store in Covington, Ga. The food looks nothing as advertised. If you see cheese in the picture, do not expect to have cheese on your sandwich. The... automated/robotic drive-thru ordering system is just horrible!!! The inside is filthy and the food isn't as fresh as it once wasbefore. Read more
