Reviews for Cafe Milano in Conyers, GA
Delightful service, a clean restaurant, and delicious food made for a delightful dinner. Morgan was an amazing server and I... loved every bite of my food! Would recommend, best Italian food I've ever eaten. Pictured - limoncello cake & strawberrycheesecake, chicken parmesan & chicken marsala, and broccoli and cheese soup as well as a caesar salad. The food was delicious and the server, Crystal was great and super sweet. I had the fried artichoke hearts as an appetizer. They... were super tasty. The breadsticks were also very good....and the taramisu is one of the best I've ever had. I will definitely beback again. Read more
This was our first time visiting. The appetizers were tasty especially the crab stuffed mushroom caps. My main noodle dish was a... little bland. I enjoyed the ceasar salad. Also our waitress was not so friendly at times. We were surprised at some of hercomments. I really had high hopes before Visiting, however I enjoyed the company I was with. We had a nice time together. Read more
Overall experience was fine. The food portion and the plate size doesn't match. Be prepared for your to go off the plate, or ask... for an additional plate (at least I did to save my food from touching the table). Waitress was very pleasant and veryprofessional and knowledgeable of the menu. Also half sizes are really small as you will see in the photos, the half size looklike a kids portion and the full looks like it should be half. Read more
Omg I am not exactly sure how this place has gotten so many good reviews because it was absolutely awful, bland, tasteless and... not all appetizing in appearance the best thing out of what I ordered was the salad and coffee and even that was lukewarm. Igot the Shrimp and Lobster Milano and it had salad shrimp in it and the lobster was nowhere to be found. The Fritto demozzarella were cold & extremely thick and choakable a total waste of money. My first and last time here I will never patronizethis establishment again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone it was completely garbage. Yuck Yuck Yuck I want toleave no stars however you can't. Provino's in Snellville is most certainly the best Italian I have had in GA, I highlyrecommend you check them out over this place. Read more
First time visiting this place & it was delicious. I was in town for a few days and wanted to try something new. I'm glad I... chose this place. I looked at the food online and the reviews were accurate. The staff is nice. My waitress was knowledgeableand courteous. The food smelled good and tasted good. I ordered a Caesar Salad and the Veggie Lasagna with garlic bread. I wasso full of the salad and bread that I only ate half of the lasagna which I ordered a half portion lol The fried mozzarellacheese sticks were flavorful; they had a little spicy kick to them but it added to the flavor. The marinara sauce tastedauthentic. The Lobster bisque soup was really good, creamy and had a nice flavor to it too- especially when dipped with thegarlic bread. The garlic bread is topped with real minced garlic on top of a butter sauce but it doesn't make the bread soggy. Iwas really pleased with everything. I'd definitely visit that place again!!! Without a doubt this is the best Italian food I've had in years. We live an hour away in Lawrenceville and I'm sure we'll be... making the drive back. In addition to the food, the service and atmosphere are also great. Good portions. Fast and veryfresh. There's a sign on the door asking for patience because of the restaurant is short staffed but we had no issues at all. Ifyou want Italian, go here. Read more
I wanted pasta so we tried this Italian Restaurant in Conyers. Not busy at all on our Sunday Afternoon visit. We were seated... right away and greeted by our friendly server immediately. You are served warm bread drenched in olive oil and parmesan cheese. The bread is chewy and great for dipping into your pasta sauce. The pasta is served with your choice of a house or Caesar salad. They only have two salad dressings which are both made in-house;red wine vinaigrette or Caesar dressing. I decided on the housesalad while my daughter selected the Caesar salad and both were filling. It?s your typical Caesar salad but the house salad is abetter choice in my opinion because it?s loaded with so many toppings like cucumbers, tomatoes, red cabbage, Garbanzo Beans, fresh mozzarella cheese, and mushrooms over iceberg lettuce. I got fettuccine pasta with shrimp and scallops in a lemon whitewine sauce. It definitely could have used some salt or garlic seasoning. My scallops and shrimp seemed boiled. The dish wouldhave tasted better if they were grilled in some butter or olive oil instead. The fettuccine sauce was not as thick as I assumedit would, probably because of the white wine addition. The chicken fettuccine was my daughter?s entree and she like it and saidthe chicken was seasoned and that she enjoyed her meal. The restaurant is clean and staff are attentive and friendly. Food notfull of flavor in my opinion sort of bland. Overall I give it a 7/10. Read more
