How do classify a fast food joint? Taste and tempature. This stop had both. Order correctly. Did have implements and napkins.... Breakfast: ultimate omelette was surprising tasty and two big strips of bacon. I stopped at Dunkin after mass and twenty cars inline. No line at burger King. Question answered. Read more

I Used BK App & ordered an offer for $5.50 double whopper & sm fry. I get to drive thru and the lady says no food except meals... 10, 11, 12 only and the app appeared to show instantly paid on my debit card and gave digital receipt for items they did nothave. I explained and she said she 'don't know anything about the app' and I stated it billed me on my card. She said go inthe app and press cancel and get refunded back to card and I said there is no such button and it took my money for No Food. Iasked to speak to the manager knowledgeable about the app and the next step to correct it. A very young looking guy standingthere said he was the manager and 'She told you what to do' and I said there is no such button and when I close the app or leavethe store the app believes that the order was filled and I received the food. I asked If he, as manager would please write thefact that I received no food on burger King stationary for my dispute to prove that I was not trying to steal food or anything.He refused and said No, We don't do that. He and the lady said take it up with 800 hotline and they wanted me out of drivethru. I had to leave with no food that I was charged for. As of Sunday, July 31, 2022 my bank account showed pending for 2 ofthe same bogus charges where I received NO FOOD, However; It was supposed to be the pending charge of $5.89 and a pending refundof $5.89 that should work itself out. I had submitted a help inquiry in the app stating that I was billed and the store did nothave the food. Later that same night an email from Jessica H stated apology and it would take 3- 5 days for refund toprocess. Problem solved with the Exceptions of Inexperienced, Untrained, Unknowing, Uncaring Managers and Employees who have NoCare of a job well done and come across as rude. Manager Ken at this location store number 2433....1491 Hwy 138 conyers Ga offered terrible service. There was confusion with... my order. I described to him the burger that I wanted and he told me it didn't exist. He exchanged so many negative words to metelling me that what I described the sandwich didn't exist that it became unpleasant to even want the order any more. To findout another worker told him that I was describing the Southwest Bacon Burger. He did not apologize for his lack of knowledge ofhis menu nor his exchange of words with me. I told him that I want my money back at this point and that I was not pleased withthe customer service. In return he told me that "He didn't care and that I don't Like You".. what manager says that? This wasvery unprofessional. Also his hands were very dirty as he was fixing beverages for the customers. He should not be working as amanager and he is a very misrepresentation to Burger king. Customer Service suck. I see the drive-thru with cars wrapped around the building, so we decided to go in. I walked in the... restaurant their is only two people ahead of me, at the counter a customer is showing the manager her burger. The customerstated, " my meat is raw." Theanager asked the customer, "What do you want me to do about it?" When the customer asked, "What do you think you should do?" The manager stated in a harsh voice, " nothing. " They exchanged a few hostile words, thenthe customer walked off. It took 15 minutes to even give my order to the cashier, another 15 minutes to get our orders. Why were they out of the drink I wanted. They only had diet drinks and apple juice and water. Had to settle for water. My fish... sandwich and fries were too salty and they did not take the pickles off as requested. The young lady who worked the drive-thruwas patient and happy. She deserves a raise for being so kind and positive. Read more

Terrible customer service ! The lady at the speaker didn?t even welcome us nor apologize for the wait except of doing so she... said I?m waiting for you in such a rude manner like excuse me but if your having a bad day don?t take it out on othersPERIODDD!! Nobody has time for your terrible attitude . I don?t even know why she is at the speaker or near the customers . Ifyou hate your job so badly then leave because customer service is not for you clearly since you can?t even greet a customerpolitely and speak to them with respect . When I went to receive my food the person at the window didn?t even greet us neitherand just handed our food like nothing and closed the window like wow . Please don?t waste your time coming here .
