Terrible experience poor customer service. my order was empty no sauce or ketch up nothingthe lady shut the window immediately... she sent out order did not give me room to verify and confirm order was okay when i was giving my order she answered me threetimes and deliberately decided to stay quiet even when i asked if she was still there because i wanted to clarify my order.noreceipt of what I ordered.and this is not the first time of poor customer service today I decided to put my experience downbecause each time I come over there is either one complain or the other . This is my burger after asking for lettuce and mayo only. They never have cookies. Always mess up orders. Frequently add... tomatoes to a tomato allergy person sandwich. Edit/update: Service and quality has improved, alot of new employees working.They were also nicer. Read more

Excellent service at this Burger King. I went to the drive up, they took my order. I then drove up to the window to pay. The... staff at the window greeted me with a smile. I was treated with friendly, prompt, professional service. My order was correct,the food was fresh and temperature was appropriate for the items I ordered and received.
