Staff was friendly which is why I'm giving them 2 stars. Ordered 2 shakes, should be simple enough. What we received was 2... glasses of milk with some chocolate chip like substance in them. Couldn't taste any chocolate at all. Used to love BaskinRobbins. Read more

Customer Service sucked!! Used drive thru and front door was locked. Asked what kid friendly flavors. Vanilla, chocolate,... strawberry was the workers answer. Ok really so I ask if they have cotton candy. Yes they do. No I don't expect you to tell meall 31 flavors. But to say the standard ones. Took 20 minutes for 3 people to make 3 scoops of ice cream. Simply the sorriest staff that the incompetent management team could have scraped out of the unemployment line. Placed a very... simple order for a very simple cake. The very simple staff failed to notify me that they could not make it. (For reasonsunspecified, because again, I never got a call or a voicemail as was claimed). I called the store and they told me they didn?thave it but I could buy one that was inside. They hung up before telling me I could actually come into the store. Not even 30seconds later I park the car to go in and they told me they sold the cake? That they just told me I could have. If I alreadypaid $30 for a cake that you failed to provide, why would you not reserve the cake that I am literally outside for because youtold me I could have it not even a minute ago? No common sense. Upon entering the staff was rude, apathetic, lazy, and the storewas musty like old mop water. They tell me I can pick another cake, all of which were tacky and freezerburnt, or get a refund,which I can?t get unless I have the card that I order with. (I drove an hour away from home to pickup the order placed with arelative?s card). I hope they are satisfied with ruining the holidays, this is an embarrassment of an establishment. Read more

My ubereats order has been canceled. I called and a girl named Adrianna answered the phone and said they had to cancel our order... because they were out of a lot of the order . Instead of calling us and asking what we wanted instead . She explained that shetold the ubereats driver to call but the driver just canceled! But really they should have been the ones to call . Secondly, Iasked her ; well what icecream do you have . It is 9:00 and she said that they start cleaning early so they could not serveanymore sundaes. Even though they do not close until 10 !!!!!!!! This is outrageous. My daughter just got out of surgery andthis is the only thing she wanted . Adrianna is not a person you want working in your establishment. Read more

Ordered and paid for an ice cream cake more than a week in advance and went to pick it up...no cake, no record of the order! It... took the manager a long time to figure it out! Find another place if you want a special order and count on it being ready! Notunder good management! Read more
