I visited this Baskin Robbins today nothing out of my usual visits... Here I am enjoying my ice cream and not even 2 minutes... later I noticed a bug in my ice cream. This location is by far my worst experience with Baskin and Robbins. I?ve visited this location about two or three times hoping... the service will get better and it hasn?t. Management definitely needs to monitor the employees closely or TEACH themprofessionalism and customer service. Each time I?ve visited I?m rushed at the drive thru and the ice creams that I select theynever have. The employees are rude and act as if you?re bothering them. Each time I have drove off and went to my local Publixand picked up the baskin robbins in their ice cream section! Less hassle and less attitude. If you all want to stay in businessplease hire a better night crew. You don?t have to worry about my business anymore but I wanted to leave a review for the nextperson to not waste their time at this location. Read more

Very upsetting to feel pressured to order, and then telling us that they can?t make what we want because they don?t have... bananas? which isn?t even in the drink we ordered. Most of the ice cream wasn?t even labeled, so we decided to just leave.Disappointed Read more
Aweful customer service. My first visit and I will not return. Ive never been to a Baskin Robbins that I couldnt buy a hand... packed quart of ice cream. Only handpacked pints. I dont have enough time to elaborate on the poor customer service. Be preparedto eat it right away. The ice cream wasnt hard and i brought 2 additional pints for the freezer only to get around to see it hasa sundae top. I asked about the hard pink top and was told they dont have it. Excellent service at this Dunkin donut Baskin Robbins location. The staff is fast and attentive. The bathroom and seating area... was clean and they have plenty of parking and a drive thru. This location great to stop into. Read more
