It's so pleasant to go somewhere, get to the menu at the drivethru to order... say the first item in your order... then have the... person on the other end say " I'll see you at the window", then when you say " No, I have more to my order"... The womenactually has the audacity to snap back at us. God forbid someone order more than one item off the menu here. Then she gave usdrinks with ice after we asked specifically for no ice. My husband wanted to have the drinks remade but I wasn't about to getdrinks that had been spit in. Then we received his wonderful 10.50$ brisket sandwich that looked absolutely smashed. I seldom write reviews, but after another popular restaurant was closed, my 5 year old daughter and I stopped to eat in here.... The restaurant was incredibly clean, the food was good, but the service was actually the best! Selena took our order and wasvery pleasant and smiled a lot! My husband wanted to try the new hamburger there; it was out of stock. Asked about the fish sandwich, was told it was not in... season. Finally got the buffalo chicken sandwich meal. We ordered lemonade for the drink, but that was considered extra.Thechicken was dice with so much hot sauce, you barely could taste the chicken. The best thing about this meal was the curlyfries. The service was good and the food was fast. I gave 4 starts however because my buffalo chicken slider had been sitting in the... window for a while. The visible bread was dried out and cracking but still stale and the bottom was soggy from sitting in theranch and buffalo that the finger had on it. The chicken part was very dried out as well and barely had any sauce remaining.Still a good experience because after I showed them, them immediately replaced it but no apology. Read more
I hadn't patronized Arby's since the "where's the beef" slogans were trending. Now I recall why. Arby's is highly over rated,... over-priced and absolutely do not offer what they advertise. They promoted a 2 for $6 menu items, but the sandwiches wain incomparison from what you would expect...and what you actually get. This is what they advertise as the classic beef &cheddar...but this is what you get. Notice how the buns almost touch in the served sandwich but the "hook, line, and sinker" admakes you think you'll be getting a full-sized succulent sandwich...N-O-O-O-O-T!! Read more
Ordered our food a few minutes before 10pm. The cashier rang it up as a dine in order. After placing the order,paying,and... getting drinks for our kids and ourselves the manager on duty decides to let us know that we can?t sit down because the lobbywas closing in 5 minutes. I?ve worked fast food and am also a store manager of a retail environment and have never once heard ofputting customers out the door.
