My wife and I have been going to this location for 20 years Last week we received food that was poor quality at best, when we... called to inform them we were met by rude unprofessional service by the cook. My wife asked for the manager who knows her verywell, that the problem would be corrected. Today my wife placed an order and when reminded of the previous order....she wastold she should have come back that day. After 20 years of being loyal customers this type of treatment is unforgettable . Wewill never entertain hole in the wall again. Disgusted...I would really give this place 0 stars..today was my first time at this location me and my cousin went for... lunch..the food came out hot and fresh the lady even knew my cousin name cause she is a regular..I started eating my fries..Iordered a 10pc mild with fries..anyways..as I started eating my fries the customers next to me stood up and was stepping onROACHES.
