After having a negative experience at the other Wendy's location in Conway, I decided to try this one in the hopes of Richard... not being here. I was wrong, unfortunately, and Richard was there too. He was dragging around a wagon with around 12 empty 1gallon milk jugs which he then proceeded to fill with Pepsi after going behind the counter, which none of the employeesattempted to stop. After he was done, one brave employee attempted to confront him, which Richard responded by saying "I'm nothere to conversate" and then pistol whipping the employee, claiming he was "sneak dissing". Richard then drank all the jugs ofPepsi, down to the last drop in the span of 28.2 seconds, and then ordered the stores entire stock of Chili. Richard then leftthe store in a fit of rage demanding that everyone in the building get banned for knowing what be did. Read more
The inside is rarely open . The drive thru has been closed due to their system being down. Some of the employees are great while... others aren't. Read more
Waited in the line for 40 minutes and after getting to the speaker to place my order, no one answered for 10 minutes. Never been... to a drive thru this bad. I understand people are understaffed, but oh my god. Read more
Supposed to be open in the dining area but locked up tight. Hardly anyone in the drive thru, no excuse to have dining room... locked up. Not everyone has a vehicle that can go through the drive thru. Read more

Absolutely awful experience, took 45 minutes AFTER ordering to get cold fries and food and a melted frosty. Staff was... unapologetic and in fact when I asked for my daughters drink he said it?ll be an hour. When we got home to eat there was nochicken sandwich at all. Never going to this location again.
