I have changed my rating of this location I have been several times since it's in my area but the last few times customer... service has been poor. I had a simple request of my side of Olives to be put in a plastic container. Anna told me that it wasn?t their policy and threw... them in a paper bag. I requested that they be put in a plastic container so they won?t be squished. Anna proceeded to give meattitude and said that?s not our policy and I?ll make sure everyone knows it. I love Subway and could eat it everyday. However, they have a new employee there that is beyond rude. I refuse to eat there... whenever she is working. I would rather go to Firehouse subs next-door and have friendly service. Read more
