The few times I've been have been a disaster. You get what you pay for. Update: I've never been to this location when it was... not a disaster. I only pick these pizzas up for my parents, who for some reason keep going there. The last time was yesterday,when they ordered online and FINALLY received the receipt AFTER I got tired of waiting and picked the pizzas up. The girl had topiece together the order from different pizzas in different locations, and finally gave me the order with one pizza missing,which I didn't know because I didn't have a receipt. DONT COME HERE!!!!! Worse pizza I have ever had in my life. The sausage takes like dog food. Barely any cheese. Ask for extra... toppings get charged for it and still don't get it. The bacon on the 3 meat pizza was all fat. I wouldn't eat this even if I wasstarving. Worse place to go Read more

You have to ask yourself what kind of expectations can you reasonably have at this kind of price point. It should go without... saying, you?re going to sacrifice some quality or something somewhere. No, that is not to say this is a bad product, not at all.There are just a multitude of better quality of like kind of products out there. That said, these products are perfectly fine,at least at their set quality & at their set price point. Notwithstanding, at the price points they have, the employee wages arenot going to be superior or competitive in the industry; consequently translates into poor customer service. That is anadditional trade-off. The factor making this type of establishment successful is volume so often times you will find the staffoverwhelmed and customers in during long wait times at peak hours. Read more

I have always had issues with this location. The last time I went I was greeted at the door and was well taken care of and he... told me he was the new gm. So I told him I was glad to have someone so helpful and nice working there. Well today I went forlunch and was not greeted at all.the lady's name tag said manager. I walked in with with a smile on my face hoping to have thesame experience as last time. She never once mouthed a word to me. We rec'd a free, delicious, juicy, & full filling pizza. However, my gripe was the treatment I rec'd by this young brown guy. I... was trying to zip in after placing my order via the phone. Now I see a gigantic van pull up, notably twins (females) & a Womanhead in before me. No Biggy, right? While waiting (3 min in) I noticed the brown guy (Ceasar rep) at the register he got offtask & started admiring the twins who happened to be bi-racial girls approx. 10-12 yrs. old. I mentioned this because it seemedthat the white woman & this brown male went into some praising mode. She went into some self-centered, gloating type behavior,while he acts as if he never seen twins and that there were no time constraints when he has customers in the lobby. This Womanlooked back at me trying to engage me into herself gloating & I kindly rejected the fakeness. I just was not smitten by theWhite Woman bragging about the (2-3) sets of twins & triplets she has. It seemed her business to go on with this guy (whiletrying to drag me into it) I believe because they are bi-racial. So, what, that's nothing new.
