Food that I got was good though it was not what I ordered. Got the limited time sandwich only to get the crispy onions bc I was... told that I couldn?t add them to a different sandwich, which is understandable I guess. I ordered double meat to make it morelike my typical sandwich. Not only did I not get the crispy onions, didn?t get the extra meat, and the veggies were skimpy atbest. Read more

I can't say enough about the service my family received at this location! I called ahead to verify gluten free options. My... oldest son has celiacs and cannot be exposed to gluten or he will get extremely sick. I spoke to Nikki and was assured thiswould be no issue and she wasn't lying! Nikki was AMAZING, she took the time to clean the meat slicer and service area, she useddifferent knives and made sure she wore clean gloves. Gluten free bread and cookies in a cleaned environment is like a dream forsomeone with celiacs disease! No cross contamination at this location. Most businesses claim gluten friendly but think it's moreof a fad then a medical need. My son was not treated like a burden by Nikki and the other young gentleman which I think his namewas Micha. Nikki was very kind and accommodating and did it with a smile! This was wonderful customer service by this locationand we will definitely be back! Good fast service. Bread was fresh also the meat. The lettuce was kinda old it had some discoloring in it.

Very disappointedwith my gaint roast beef and regular steak.this place use to rock ,But now they are just another sandwich... shop.they have cut back big time and its sad i ate there twice a week sometimes more. Its just sad they have changed. Read more

This is the fourth time I?ve order from Jeresy Mike?s on church st. In Conway. The last two times I felt like I just paid $30... for 2 hoagies that were bread, lettuce and tomato. The meat and cheese were so thin and one layer, need i say more. I don?t knowwhat?s going on there lately but this is the Last time I will buy subs from there. Not worth any more of my money! I?ve never had worse service! We walked in 20 minutes before closing time and got disgusting looks from the staff. They did not... want to make our subs and their smart attitudes were uncalled for.
