Cashier should be dedicated to taking orders. Tons of staff but the cashier is doing a million other things. You shouldn't... have to be in line more than 15 minutes. Read more

I waited twenty minutes on an app order and when I politely requested a refund and walked out the door, a worker yelled out ?Are... you kidding me!?? After speaking with the manager the young lady threatened to ?beat my ass? as she was not afraid to getarrested. Highly unprofessional, poor customer service, and nasty employees. Read more

I bought a chocolate milk today, and after taking a few sips something didn?t taste right. I looked at the date and it said... October 30th. I didn?t want to make a big deal of it, I just wanted to call to let them know they should check the remainingmilks. After explaining the situation the worker said ?okay, what do you want me to do about it? moments later she laughed whilesaying ?I hope you get sick.? If I could give them a zero I would. This is not the first but the second time I have had the same person with the rudest... costumer service. The first time we went there she complained about other costumers and her coworkers to us and was very rude.Today we went again hoping we would have a different worker. Once again we were met with the same attitude from that worker. Wepaid with a Dunkin Card, not knowing how much was left on there. ? You?re left with $1.50? leaving us thinking there was thatmuch left on the gift card. It was not specified that we had that much left to pay after using the giftcard. ?I love how peoplejust think they can get their stuff without paying, like no you have to pay the rest of the amount? she said underneath herbreath. Total disappointment, waited 10 minutes + to place my order, get out to the car and the order is wrong. Have to go back in and... ask for a refund. The staff was disorganized, the store did not have enough employees to handle the amount of patrons at thestore. Basically this is a management issue, if you don't train your employees properly they will continue to makemistakes. Also this store should prioritize the people that chose to enter the store and or drive up, then fill the call inorders last. We will be finding another site for a cup of Joe... Read more

I ordered avocado toast. ?Toast?. I received a slice of bread with guac spread on top. No roasted tomato,a lite dusting of... seasoning. It's definitely hit or miss. Some days it is great but others not so great. You are often ignored at register. Some of the... employees are very nice and some are very rude (and act as though you are interrupting them and are doing you a favor bycompleting your order). The unfortunate thing is that, I believe, it is the management that end up being the rude ones. Read more
