We had the butcher charcuterie board. It was a great assortment of meats and the bread it was served with was fantastic. My... husband had the margarita pizza and loved it. Two large slices of pizza with a small spring salad. I had the the tagiloni withbolegnase. This is one of the chefs specialties apparently. It was so good. Oh did I mention the wine.. Great selection of winesand beer. Also Gelato. I think we may go back in just for that alone! Carolina Cheese is the best lunch spot in the Myrtle Beach area. All of the ingredients are fresh and the food is crafted to be... sophisticated and delicious.
