I have read other reviews and this is one of the worst restaurants to get service or food. I have been there a few times, no... more. I went inside today, 10.13.2022, to place my to go order. I ordered it with a LARGE drink. The lady gave me a medium cup,but charged me for a large drink price??? I brought it to her attention and she said, "for breakfast you get a medium cup or alarge and then for dinner you get the bigger cup." WHAT~~ Isn't that odd? Why would I pay for a large price and NOT receive thatitem large? The service is true, getting someone in the drive-thru right away is ridiculous, I even went there one day forbreakfast the lady was sitting outside in her car and finally came thru the box and said, "no one showed up to work." I live this Burger King! I eat here almost daily! Mary is a wonderful person and all are really !! I don?t like going else where... ! If my order gets messed up i don?t get mad because they are very kind and will make it over no problem. Usually it?s notmessed up but a time or two ! But like i said i wasn?t upset! They correct it!!!!! No questions asked !!! Love all staff here!!!! But Mary is y favorite! She needs a raise !!!!! Read more
Stopped here yesterday to grab some quick lunch for the kids. After about 5 minutes waiting at the intercom for someone to... acknowledge and take the order the staff person came on and said "I can't take any orders because there is only two of us hereand one is leaving. We are waiting on someone to come in to work." Sad for the work staff but terrible management. On to cookout where the customer service is exceptional amongst the fast food industry. Read more
Worst experience ever. We went to BK on the 501. Waited approx 5mins and was never aknowleged. Finally a blond hair guys asked... if we had been helped and we said no. He was getting ready to take our order when the lady, acted like the manager and the sameone who couldn't even say hello told the blond guy not to take any counter orders. The cashier both times I came was named Ieshia and she has to be the nicest young lady EVER. I would?ve given Burger King more... stars but this time they were out of hash browns!!! Nooo!! ????Last time I was here a lady in front of us was completely showingout about her french vanilla coffee tasting to ?vanilla????!!! Well Ms Ieshia handled the situation with grace. I won?t go to another buger king ! I don?t care what anyone says this is the only fast food place in Conway that we are treated... so well ! They serve fresh food! They make sure everything is right and if not no biggie they redo it although ive not had anyproblems at this location ! Mrs. Mary is on top of things ! She?s such a lovely person! Her personality is over the top ! Tashais also very nice ! All the back staff are so friendly as well ! They always communicate with each other and that?s key !!! So Iwant to thank you all and Ex.
