They won't answer the phones so I placed my order inside, should've ordered on line. My order was wrong, I'm going to assume... that they mixed it up with someone else. We don't live near a Wing Stop and haven't stopped by since COVID due to no dine in option. Food was great.
I ordered my meal online because of course noone ever answers the phone there, my husband went to pick up order and the lady... says she didnt see my order in the rudest way. My husband then calls me to send over verification to show her and she proceed tolook at her coworker and says "I dont know why he still standing there" what do he want"? Even with verification she would notmake our order. They were very rude and nasty. This is by far the worst experience i have had a with any fast food place. If icould have gave them 0 stars i would have. This is ridiculous that everytime we go in or try to order there is confusion andconflict. Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order after it taking around ten minutes for them to take the order as the cashier seemed... distant and confused the whole time. We were doing dine in and it was only me, my wife and our friends ( a married couple) thatplaced a separate order in the whole place. Our friends received there order within 10 minutes. They were not that busy butservice was lacking except on the part of whom I assume was the manager. I will say the food was well prepared even though theyseemed to have forgotten we were in store and bagged it as a to go order then dumped it into trays for in store dining. This wing stop is the absolute worst in Arkansas! In my 4 years of living in Conway I have never been pleased when I order from... them. They are either too busy to answer their phones, they have horrible customer service, or the food is different. Today Igot these fries and these might as well not even be fries. It’s like half a potato. I’ve gone to the Jacksonville and NLRwing stop plenty of times and never had any problems like this. Their food was always great! Read more
The wings themselves are a 5 star rating but the service is really low. The staff means well but aren’t helpful or considerate... of the customers needs. Many items missed on my orders - and you’ll need to ask multiple times for any silverware, ketchup,etc. There are no trash cans in the restaurant itself. Read more
Worst Wing Stop I’ve ever been to!! We made an online order for 50 wings, 2 large fries and 5 extra boneless wings. We only... received half of our order, which was all cold as hell! Had to go back and demand they make the rest, but one of the femaleemployees got an attitude when I asked if they would make the fries again, since they were now cold and soggy. They neveroffered to remake the cold wings, so half of our food is cold. I’m positive anywhere else would have remade the whole order,but not this place!! Horrible customer service and cold food.
