Very nice group of people, very friendly atmosphere, I love this place visit it everyday.
Waited thru drive thru drive 30 minutes with two cars in front.The clerk was slow repeated the order twice and they still got... it wrong.If they can't do the drive thru they need to get someone that can do it. Read more
I ordered via the mobile app at 7:30 a.m. When I arrived at the Dave Ward location at 8:05 a.m., there were 6 cars ahead of... me. THEY WERE NOT MOVING. I, finally, made it to the speaker at 8:13. I was told by the staff person that she was "severelyshort-handed" and that she would be right with me. It was another 9 minutes (8:22 a.m.) before I made it to the window. Instead of preparing my order, the staff person handed me my coffee (Which had coffee running down the sides) with no napkins,and proceeded to take 3 additional orders over the headset. She, FINALLY, handed me my order at 8:30 a.m. Short-handed, ornot, this level of service is UNACCEPTABLE. Read more
Wendy's on Dave Ward Dr, Conway, AR. 24 Oct 2022 5:10 p.m. CST: The drink dispenser was nasty, the ketchup dispensers were... empty, and gnats swarmed out of the trash can when I tried to use them. The employees joyfully bantered amongst themselves whilethese things went unattended. And they weren't busy... I think I see why. What I do for a living, I would be fired if I failedto complete the duties expected of me. And my job does not affect the health and wellbeing of the general public. Their jobdoes! Anyway, I'm not in a hurry to eat at Wendy's any time soon. I don't like writing stuff like this but it needs to be said. Read more
STOP - DON?T GO HERE. Kaitlyn was the cashier and she was struggling. For starters my son told her he had a nut allergy. She... then announced it to the whole restaurant and kitchen staff. The manager comes over and says we have to read the ingredient infoon the wall. We already knew that, but she raised her voice at us. My son always lets people know up front. Fortunately, hecould tell that the restaurant staff was struggling with themselves. The restaurant was not overly busy, but you?d think it waspacked by their response and how nervous they acted. The one gentleman we saw who was preparing all the food was the only onewho seemed with it and he did the entire order correctly. Now the kitchen floor visible to all us guests was disgusting. Absolute trash service. I wish I could give negative stars. That?s how bad they are do not waste your time just drive to any... other Wendy?s. Seriously I have been in line for 35 minute and my food was still wrong. If you value your time and enjoy warmfood then please do not go to this location. Everybody on here should be replaced. Actually the managers above all are trash attheir job. Don?t expect an increase in pay when your service is this trash! Read more
Had a quick dinner there tonight with my family. It took over 10 minutes to get our food for four people and once we did the... hamburgers were cold, cheese was cold and obviously not melted, lettuce was brown, none of our orders were correct, the breadwas stale and one frosty was completely melted. On top of that the employee that took our order was extremely rude and childishwhich is why we didn?t even bother to let them know they suck at their job. They didn?t care. I will never eat at this place again!!! Got my order wrong and when I called to let them know she said you can have your money... back yet went to hang up without asking for a name or anything. When I asked if she wanted a name she started screaming at methat I wasn't gonna talk to her like that. It turned into a screaming match so after she hung up on me my husband called back.She took his name and told him to come by whenever he got time and she would refund our money. The next day he went by there andthey told him they don't issue refunds. Do better Wendy's!!! Read more
