Terrible service, long wait, order was incorrect & staff doesn?t know what they?re doing.
So I show up there's absolutely nobody in the Drive-Thru and I'm like yay I don't have to wait an hour to get my food up on... being greeted by the person they tell me just to let you know if you're paying cash you need to have close to correct change orwe won't be able to give you change and I was like okay.. I order a nacho fry box with an extra order of nacho fries they informme they do not have nacho fries however up on greeting they said would you like to try nacho fry box. So I change my order to aMexican pizza I was a little confused trying to find if I was going to have enough change so I got up to the window and Idecided I would order a beefy melt in order to get my change closer to what I was able to pay and they tell me that I can't addanything at the window so frustrated as I was I told them I did not want the order. I would go somewhere else worst experienceat Taco Bell thus far. Never been a Karen but I just did not want to deal with them after that. Seems like management should dobetter upon keeping the money in the till and making sure that they're not offering items that they don't have to offer. Read more
I frequent taco bell and can say with confidence that this location is the worst. Consistently has the laziest staff ever,... screws up my order half the time, and the other half of the time the food is just terrible. Side note... How are y'all ALWAYSout of baja blast? I created a mobile oder and arrived at the drive Thu just after 3am. This location is open till 4am. The drive thru worker said... the restaurant was closed, I said "I thought you were open till 4am" and he said "yes but I'm the only one here and I'm notmaking food" this was very unprofessional and false advertising! How can the hours say 4am and have a worker there just to saythat they're closed and deny to process orders? Our entire group is very upset with this interaction. Read more
