I ordered an ultimate meat & cheese (UMC) breakfast burrito with a mozz stick (8) and drink. The mozz sticks and drink were cool... but the UMC..nah. I?m not one to review/complain, but this had me appalled. I got down the road, ready to eat. I opened and itwas a squished, flat burrito with only sausage, no tots, a bit of eggs with a few strains of cheddar cheese. I kept it forevidence. I went back the next day to get it resolved and someone came out, looked at it and said, ?Well, there?s somebacon?????.. I had to refrain myself from saying extra, so I said, ?Aight, where the tots?? He took the old and got me a newone. I?m thinking everything gone be cool. I know they was talking about it (who wouldn?t when a customer complained). A ladybrought out the new UMC burrito. I opended, and this was an ultimate meat burrito. UMB for barely any cheese. Had everything onit but that. I still ate the mug tho *regular everyday language, but they played me twice. Read more

Sonic is notorious for screwing up food. My chili was old and the frito wraps were mediocre at best. I'll stick with the... drinks and that's it. Read more

Half the screens are off and when I ordered on the app and checked in, we waited for 20 mins. When the screen stopped showing... "in the kitchen" and the app also stopped showing the order we pressed the button to ask where our order was and the person onthe other side was extremely rude and interrupted us before we could finish speaking, and in a shocking turn of events theyforgot our condiments entirely. I am consistently disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this location and have startedgoing out of my way to avoid it. Read more

i ordered only two drinks through the app, and when we pulled up i immediately checked in. i didn?t see when the screen said... that someone was headed our way with the order, but at one point, i looked at the screen and my order was no longer on it, soobviously someone had scanned it inside. i waited about 6ish minutes and then tried to buzz the red button to talk to someone.it lit up, then stopped blinking. nobody spoke. i pressed it again. it blinked again, and then lit up without blinking. itstayed that way for about 2 or 3 minutes, and by that time, i had been in the parking lot for about 15 or so minutes since ifirst pulled in. then, my drinks come out. at the same time, someone speaks from the speaker. i say nevermind and get my drinks.then, the drinks both were not made correctly. so i had to buzz BACK in and get them remade. then i waited for ANOTHER 10minutes, then hit the button and someone immediately answered. she came out and took the drinks we had received back and afteranother 9 minutes, at long last we got our correct drinks. i spent nearly half an hour at sonic waiting for two drinks. i workedat sonic, and i know personally that that is completely unacceptable. this should not be your first choice of sonic to go to.there are a few others in town, and i would recommend going to the one on oak street by german. they have great and QUICKservice, which is amazing when you are a busy person with things to do and a life to live! I have been going to Sonic since skaters brought your food to your car window. I have since downloaded the Sonic app...which I... highly recommend for the great deals and monthly rewards. The app is a huge time-saver. Servers are super friendly. Read more

The girl who took our order was rude and acted like we were a bother. My burger was burnt, old tasting, and was barely warm. The... cheese wasn't even melted all the way. Such an awful experience for spending out $15.57. I won't be back. Read more

Staff is super friendly and the stalls were very clean.Just stopped for drinks but my Red Bull summer edition was fantastic!!... The Mrs got an iced coffee that looked delicious although I don?t care for coffee. Very pleasant stop and will be back in thefuture Read more

I took a large group to this place and they got all of our orders correct and timely. There was a woman that was particularly... helpful and patient with my whole group, but the entire staff had a great attitude and continually asked how they could help us.Bonus: the food was hot. 10/10 Read more
