I was highly disappointed in my experience at Rally's recently. The drive-thru attendant/cashier wasn't able to enter the valid... coupon I produced at the window, so I wasn't able to use the restaurants coupon. The bacon cheeseburger was ok, nothing spectacular for sure. The fries would have been good hot but they weren't fresh because... instead of waiting until my hot wings were done to bag up fries they sat there with my burgers getting cold. Went on 10/10 @ roughly 11:50am. Simply told the cashier I would like to do 2 of the $7 meals. She did not listen to me at all..... she was trying to add things that I did not request, and when I said hold on can you please tell me what you have so far(because I was not done with my order but have already had to repeat myself 4 times) she proceeds with her attitude and sayswell I have exactly what you ordered but refused to read it back to me. My order was by no means complicated but the unnecessaryattitude and adding things I did not request is unacceptable. I took my business elsewhere. If someone is going to have such aterrible attitude they should be a cook or something other than the window attendant. Read more
Ordered four rally burgers and two chicken boxes. Checked the bag and seen they gave is only two burgers. Went back through and... got the other two. Get home and realize one is missing cheese and another has mayo, none have lettuce, and only one has pickles,and only one has tomato. Every time we have gone to this rally's our order is wrong or missing something. Needless to say wewon't be back to this one. The staff aren't rude but they are not really friendly either. This place was very disgusting and it's not the restaurants fault. It was the workers. All our food was cold except the fries... and they were sogged in grease. I had to go back up to the window because they didn't put the sauce that was requested for achicken bites box. When I finally thought I could eat I noticed they didn't put napkins in the bag. I'm sure Rally's is goodbut this one obviously has workers that simply don't care one bit. My advice is go somewhere else unless you like cold burgersand soggy fries. Read more
I had a coupon on my phone that confused the attendant but after asking the manager to intervene, the problem was solved... quickly. The food was fresh and delicious, no complaints at all about portion or food temperature. A suggestion I learned today,if you are using the app and trying to claim a reward but the barcode won?t pop up, the attendant will need to key in your phonenumber on the register and then you will get your reward. We were the only customers that showed up around 8:20 pm and we got a bacon chicken sandwich. Chicken was very hard. Bacon was... not cooked right. Sandwich was poorly put together. The workers working were laughing and cutting up jokes while we were waitingjust for the sandwiches to look like this. I work in food industry myself so complaining is something I don?t like doing. This was my first time visiting a rally?s restaurant. When I pulled up to the menu to order, I asked the lady if I could have a... second to look over the menu. She acted very snotty and kept trying to rush my order. There was only one car behind me in line.I ended up just getting the chicken fry box. When I got to the window, the lady didn?t say a word to me, grabbed my money andpractically tossed the food out to me.
