I was having an Italian Sub craving, and remembered the last time I ordered one from Quizno's, it was very good; the best I'd... had in Conway. I walked in and there was a lady and her son, and one other person ahead of me. The lady had a pretty decentorder, with probably four or five sandwiches. The manager is the only one who was working, so it took a little longer, but notlong enough to bother anyone, in my opinion. After he completed the order, a lady came in who I suspect may have been his wife,but am not positive about that. She began to "suit up" and help the cause. The man in front of me got his sandwich quickly. The manager apologized for the wait; I told him it was no big deal at all, no worries he was by himself, and that it could havebeen much longer. I had my mind set on the classic Italian, but the lobster/seafood salad club with bay seasoning was doing itsbest to convince me otherwise. I asked the manager how long the lobster/seafood salad sandwich would be on the menu (sign andonline menu both said limited time). He said it has been added to the menu permanently. So that settled it, I went with myoriginal craving and it was wonderful as always. I ordered the eight inch but could only eat half. When I was paying, themanager once again apologized, and put in a free cookie for my wait. Great customer service! Read more

I got the old bay lobster 8in taste soo yummy. The staff were so patient and had great recommendations. The wait was not long at... all. I absolutely love Quiznos and have been going for a while and will continue to go. Read more
This specific location I went to to was great Amazing customer service! I came a few minutes earlier for my food since I was on... a timed work lunch. They were still in the beginning of making it. The young man(I'm assuming owners son), was very kind andgreeted right away. There was an older lady who made my order and realized before bagging it that I wanted no veggies and fixedit before it got to me. And for waiting she even gave me a free cookie. Among all the sandwich shops in town,they are one of the good ones. They have a pretty good selection with new items coming &... going regularly . If I had one complaint it would be that the employees could be more professional. They were all teenagers &they acted like they couldn't care less if we were there or not. So this brown skinned young lady with glasses , ignored me completely when I walked in to have a conversation with another... customer and she wasn?t doing his order at all and when she finally acknowledged me ,she started on my order and had an attitudewhen I asked her to do my tomatoes a certain way and completely got it wrong because she went right back to talking to othercustomer and I had to remind her I want tots cause she was to busy talking , the store was very slow in business when I walkedin and I was there for 15 mins for 1 8 in and some tots smh was just trying to bring my wife lunch Read more
