Everytime I order pizza from here I get a free pizza because they mess up our order. We stopped ordering from here a year ago.... But Marco's website was down. So we ordered again thinking we would give it another try. Yet again the order was wrong. And wehave to drive 20 mins each way. And yet again we get a free pizza that will be made wrong. Read more
Burnt. Just burnt. It was supposed to be original crust.
Big disappointment. Ordered a works( loaded,everything). Got a worst. Hardly any topping on it. No meat visible. A little... onion, green pepper in the middle. Ordered extra cheese. At least there was some of that. $25 pizza. Have gotten better fromlittle Caesars. Yes, Little Caesars. Been a loyal customer. But, not any more. Cutback your product, cutback your customers.Sorry. Second time I bought a pizza and the whole pizza slid to one side of the box making one heck of a mess, this last time had me... mad since I bought pizza for coworkers that specifically requested papa John's pizza and I attempted to persuade them because ofthe first pizza that was ruined, and I open one of the 3 boxes to see the same story played out again, shame on me at thispoint.... I didn't know they subbed driver's with door dash. Order Number:825940376. The door dash guy gave our order to a different... house. Then said I'll go back and get it for you. ???? Pizza with a dash of covid-19. So I called the store and they said. Theywould refund the money and still. Send the pizza. 2 hour's later and nothing. So I called again. The same employee picked up andsaid we sent a 2nd order with Door Dash. But I guess it never got there.???? The employee said we can reimburse you. I said Ithought you already did that. Then they said you have a few options. I told the employee you do whatever you want. They said wecan resend the order the 3rd time for free. But it won't be the same as your original order. ???? They have poor customer service they are slow when you order wings always missing some manager very rude unprofessional only at... this location the other Papa John's in Conway Arkansas are good this location of Papa John's is not good and I recommend no onego there or even order online or doordash because they are very rude and unprofessional Read more
