My friend and I are from out of town and reeeeeally wanted ice cream! I got the cookie dough surprise and my friend got the blue... cotton candy flavor in a dipped cone. Boy was I surprised! My ice cream was WAY too sweet, basically inedible (and I love sweetthings!). My friends cotton candy ice cream was ok at first, but started to taste salty or even rancid after a few licks. Shescooped out the ice cream to try and eat just the cone, but the ice cream kinda ruined it. We aren't sure if that ice cream wassomehow past expiration, but it tasted like it. A Roach in My son?s ice cream! My son picked marble slab to get ice cream. We had never been and it had great reviews so we... stopped. He wanted 1 of every 22 flavors and the associate was kind and helpful. When she scooped the last scoop my son saidthere was a bug in the ice cream. I thought because it was black cherry it was a pick. I was mistaken, it was a roach. Wepointed it out, the associate seem upset. She apologized and took that scoop off. I thought ok she?ll give a discount or offernew ice cream, NOPE! No discount and my son was given that Ice Cream. I have to say I will never be back, I would definitelynever recommend Marble Slab to anyone! Read more

Online it says that they close at 10:30 and we walked in around 8:45 so they yelled at us telling us to leave because they... closed at 9. It wasn?t a problem and we told them that we could leave but they told us it would be fine. We got in line and theyrolled their eyes at us, made rude comments and made it clear that they didn?t want us to be here. If you don?t want people towalk in at close, change the time online. The customer service was horrible and it was not a friendly environment. Read more
Ordered once through bitesquad for 2 medium containers and the sent a small and a medium. Bitesquad reimbursed me. Went in on... 2/12 for 2 large containers and the girl put one flavor in with the other. When we told her we wanted two all she did wasseparate them without filling the container. Didnt cost extra but we wanted 2 larger containers. Kinda disappointed so watchthem cause she wasnt really listening ??????? Read more
BEWARE COCKROACHES!!! It?s been a while since I posted reviews on Google, but this store makes me to write a review. We visited... this place yesterday as my kids wanted. We ordered two small cups, and after I finished payment, my wife pointed and whisperedto me that she saw a cockroach near the topping-marble station - WT?there was?but it quickly went inside and disappeared when Itried to take a picture. So, while my kids eating ice cream, we carefully looked around the store if there were more cockroachesand found many (plz see pics and videos). It was so disgusting. Read more
