I am no a fan of the very thin hamburger patties, and the very thin French fries! My hamburger was hot and fresh, my fries were... Luke warm, but gave me a decent portion! The hamburger patties are just like steak and shake, but there combos were veryaffordable. Customer service was horrible, no one greeted me, nor ask to help me. I had to get their attention after 5 minutes,yet I had to wait another 3 minutes for them to come take my order. I?m definitely not a fan of there weightless meat, and thinfries! Read more

Beef flavor in burger is very good. The two patties are very thin but wide, hanging out of the bun all around. Big, good, pickle... slice (full length) on burger. Wide selection of quality add-ons, cheese, lettuce, tomato etc. Good amount, thin, well preparedFry's with Special Fry Sauces available along with ketchup etc. I really enjoyed the basic custard with many different flavors &options available. I had the double California steakburger combo. It's a decent burger but the patties are a bit thin for my taste. Just not big... enough for a 7 dollar burger. And the fries are too thin too. I know it's the style they've chosen but I prefer fries you don'thave to eat with a fork. This is the type of place, with thin burgers and fries, that some folks will dig and some won't. Read more

The place was not as clean as I have come to expect. I saw 3 different people helping/working on the custard line and not a... single one was wearing gloves. Then they served the wrong meal to us. After I took it outside and brought it back in for theright one, they served to to the next tray and gave me my correct food...???? Read more

The fries and milk shakes are the best!!! Burgers are ok slightly over cooked. Three meals and four large shakes cost $47.00 so... it?s a little pricey for fast food. Read more
