We absolutely love the food here. By far some of the best Mexican food in Conway. But the service is by far the worst. 25... minutes for a small beer when there was only 2 tables of people. Hopefully they will get better with service. Read more
My experience it took forever to get are drinks and cheese dip. The margaritas were fantastic but the food was not good my... chicken quesadilla looked like dry chicken pieces with nothing else no cheese . Great place for great drinks but I wouldn'trefer it for its food. Read more
We went there for a drink. Chips and salsa were terrible, everything behind the bar was dirty (they just opened) so I didn?t... order food. I asked for a mojito, they didn?t have mint. So then I asked for gin and tonic? after searching everywhere for tonicwater they eventually came back with a cup of carbonated water from the soda machine and made my drink with that and told me itwas tonic water. The girl behind the bar was not a bartender and didn?t know how to make anything, she was put back there tofill in for the bartender and was very nice and apologetic. A Hispanic lady that worked there came in and berated the poor girlin front of me because she cut up two lemons and two limes in preparation for the evening rush. The service was horrible at best. The chips were stale my food was cold. On top of not coming to our table to see if we needed... anything she tried to over charge us. Worst 46 bucks we have ever spent. Read more
I was greeted bye the new owners son and waitress , ordered nacho fajita mix and added shrimp , could have use a Lil more cheese... dip but all in all it was really good couldn't finish it tho drank a half and half sweet tea , bar area got a Lil rowdy but itit a bar and grill, enjoyed some billiard free of charge ,plenty tables to choose from , definitely be back Read more
My son picked up our food and used my debit card. The rice was bland, the beans were bland, the salsa was like red water, the... guacamole was bland. The chili verde was okay. The price would have been reasonable except for the fact they overcharged me $5for the food. When I discovered this, we called them 3 or 4 times and got the runaround. The employees didn't seem to know whatthey were doing. They insisted on a receipt, which I had not saved because I wasn't expecting to be overcharged and they wantedus to drive all the way there to credit my debit card. With gasoline nearly $5 a gallon, it would be a waste of time and money.We showed them the charge from my bank account with their company's name and the charge. My son even drove back over there andthey told him we'd have to talk to the manager still and he was not there when they said he'd be. Steer clear of Chivos Locos inConway. They will rip you off, not own up to their mistakes, and the food isn't that good anyway. Read more
Beans & rice were not warm, enchiladas were a little warm. Had to ask for chips & salsa when our meal was delivered because... never served when we sat down. The ice tea was good & served in a frosty mug. We were the only customers at noon on a Friday -now I understand why. We like to support local business but will not be back. Read more
New place to us. Seemed like we were the only ones eating. We ordered an appetizer and it was so greasy even when we used our... napkin to drain. The grease was old and not hot enough.
