This business knows what true customer service and loyalty is all about. Yesterday my extremely pregnant daughter (39 weeks) and... I were in Conway to wrap up some loose ends before she birthed her baby in a couple of days. We were nearby Chili?s and she?sbeen craving their chips and salsa so we pulled in. It was 20 minutes before opening. I took a chance and called, and Iexplained to the young lady on the phone that we are from out of town and this is our last chance to get my daughter some chipsand salsa before baby comes! She asked her manager and before we know it they were hand delivering chips and salsa out to ourcar! What a pleasant surprise and what an impressive gesture. Ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta with a side of Street Corn for carry out. I received a text that my food was ready 15 minutes... later. The girl who brought my food out DID NOT hold the bottom of the bag, so all the food was tilted over. The pasta is SOOOOovercooked!! I tried to eat it anyway but it?s not even seasoned the slightest bit. I?m so disappointed. I?m pregnant with twinsand have been craving pasta and both TGI Friday?s and Chili?s has let me down this week with the most disgusting pasta I?ve everhad in my life. It?s unacceptable. As a chain Chili's has been consistent with service and food until tonight in this Conway location. Waitress did a satisfactory... job but never got my husband?s tea right which was BlackBerry. Burger was okay for husband but shrimp tacos beans and rice wascold and silverware dirty. Looked as many young cooks in the back and strongly suggest manager get ahold of his duties andrestaurant. We had a great lunch today my son did the pic 3 and I had the shrimp tacos side salad and streat corn. 5 stars for the day that my mom and I were running last minute errands before I have my baby? we were near chilis and I suddenly... found myself craving their chips and salsa.
