The food was fine typical chick-fil-a food. Today we took 6-12yo girls for lunch to celebrate the end of their volleyball... season. As they were enjoying their food and having fun apparently the old lady behind the counter thought they were being toloud. She came over to tell them to either quite down or leave. So of course the girls quieted down. I asked the old lady ifshe had any complaints from other customers and she said no just her. I was really surprised by the answer and asked why shewould ask the girls to stop having fun when she was the only one that had a complaint. She referred me to the manager who wasindifferent about the situation. Just kept saying this is a place of business and the girls were too loud. Again I asked whocomplained and of course no one complained. Just for the record they weren?t too loud it was just a crabby old lady that didn?tappreciate the girls having a good time. If you don?t want people to come in as a group and have a good time you shouldn?t havelarge tables for groups. But after the lady asked our girls to quite down the parents of the kids having fun in the play areatold their kids to be quite. How sad when kids can?t have fun and be loud because some old lady doesn?t appreciate laughter. Somuch for a Christian atmosphere. We won?t be back. Read more
Parking? If you would like to park close to the door when it's raining and you're not handicap when you're not going to take out... for a good luck. This location has far too many carb pickup parking places! This location is always extremely busy. Drive thruoffers covered area when ordering with a 9ft clearance. It has two drive thru lanes. The restaurant was very clean andorganized Service was very friendly and efficient. This location offers a large room dinning area. There is no longer achildren's play center on site. (Tables don't offer cell phone charging or electrical outlets.) (No wheelchair accessibleseating without having to move chairs dinning area.) (Not all tables have table numbers when using the Chick-fil-A app.) Thisdoesn't leave much in the dinning room for sound absorption. If you are sound sensitive, this is not the place for you. It was rainy and we were traveling. Close to highway. Always great food and service . I loved seeing the ???? and employees... walking the people out with kids , and other's. I even got a refill and didn't have to ask. Great for stopping after driving.And if little kids under 7-8. They can play. Was a big hit with Families ???? Read more
Love the restaurant. Love the customer service. Love the flavor. But not so much the price these days. So I eat at home.... Groceries are expensive enough. No need to spend it on fast food. Even when it's good. Now we buy a kids meal let them eat andplay for 2 to 3 hrs while the wife and I talk and gaze into each other's eyes. It make one of the cheapest day cares on theplanet. Spectacular... and fabulous, and that still does not do justice to the amount of Care, concern and compassion that the employees display????
