Absolutely horrible, I wish I could give no stars. Completely disorganized, order taker was unhelpful and didn?t resolve my app... coupons issue. Was told to go to first window and waited 5 minutes and no one came to collect so I drove to the second windowand then was told to reverse back to the first window. Paid and then waited -5 minutes for my food. The food was incorrect andeverything was cold, the fries were cold and way over salted. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was almost nonexistent. The staff was very friendly. I had a special request because of food allergies and the guy went and talked to the guy preparing... the food to make sure he could do what I needed. I really appreciated his kindness. Read more
Just spent 18 minutes waiting for my food. Pulled around and waited finally went inside to get it myself only to find everyone... on break and my food sitting in the window cold. The manager did not even apofor my wait. Just shoved my food at me and walkedaway. Read more
The worst experience I?ve ever had at a Burger King. The line was painfully slow. We were in line for 20 min or more. When we... ordered the lady taking the order sounded like she was barely listening. When we got to the first window to pay an oldergentleman was taking payments . He was extremely rude and kept talking over us when we were trying to ask him a question. Thegirl at the second window was nicer , she gave me an extra fry , but they gave us the wrong things in our orders even though 3separate ppl repeated our orders back to us. If I was the owner of this franchise I would do some more training or hire newpeople. Will not be going back . Read more
So I ordered a LARGE iced coffee, and I was given something that had to be 16oz or less. I asked them in disbelief if that was... seriously a large and they told me "yes". It was nearly 3 bucks for a tiny coffee. Either they made a mistake and were too lazyto fix it, or were out of large cups and didn't bother telling me. I almost asked for a refund. I don't know why every singletime I go to a BK I get a different size for an iced coffee. Unless BK has changed, which I doubt, I find it hard to believe alarge means 16oz. Read more
Rude people that felt like was wasting their time. I received 2 combos with 1 single napkin and no ketchup. Both burgers were... just a mess, thrown together and overloaded with ketchup. Somehow the food is edible, hopefully I don't have the runs later. Read more
Service was absolutely horrible! Timing was horrible! They were very rude! They were mad because we ordered breakfast when they... were trying to switch to lunch and it was before 10am. We will not be back! Read more
