Great drive thru coffee shop. The young people working there are always energetic and upbeat. There's always a line, but they... get them out fast. The coffee is ok, tends to be too sweet and milky for someone who actually likes coffee, but just tell theperson taking the orders what you need. I rated one star down on atmosphere-- that blasting music is too much for my old earsmost days. No one can hear each other, either. Read more

I've been to the Dave Ward location twice and decided to go to this one this time. I think this one is better. They are MUCH... faster and the asian woman taking the money seemed genuine. Very nice customer service here. Not that the other was necessarilylacking, but something was just better about this location aside from their speed. Read more

My wife and I go to this location pretty much every day, and everyone is usually great, but I will never go back now. I use a... trailer for work sometimes and I can barely turn out of their ordering station with my 3/4 ton truck, so I?ve always pulled offto the side so that I don?t interfere with other cars and the young ladies come and take my order without ANY problems. Well Idid the exact same thing this morning and the young lady refused to to even acknowledge that I was there at first until I waitedfor 3 vehicles that showed up after me get served and leave. So I rolled down my window and started ordering and the lady said?sir, you?re going to have to go through the drive thru!? As to which I replied, ?with a trailer???? And once she realized thatthat wasn?t a good idea she proceeded to tell me to walk to her to place my order?!?!?! Mind you I?m still in their parking lot,just not in one of the lanes, and the second lane was closed. Vey lazy young lady without the grasp of customer service. As alocal small business owner I would be outraged with one of my employees handled a customer this way. Never again. PLENTY ofcoffee shops within a stones throw. Read more
