They forgot to cut our pizza And the other one was burntand then when I called the store they just keep picking it up and... leaving it off the hook and you can hear everything going on and then they put it on mute or hold I guess and they leave mewaiting for minutes and never come to the phone Read more

Sad to say but this is a repeat of bad, burnt pizza. It's happened a couple times already and I don't know how they allow this... pizza to even be delivered. Quality control isn't up to par at this location. Even after we called to complain, the secondpizza came partially burnt. Wouldn't recommend this location at all. Read more

Terrible ordered pizzas. I had a large and small hand tossed my large had 3 inches of crust and actually had less ?pizza? than... my medium. The crust and toppings were also extremely dry, there was no garlic butter seasoning on either pizzas as well. Mymedium was requested square cut and came triangle cut, the large pizza had vegetables which came brown. I understand cookedspinach wilts in heat but browned spinach means rancid/off/gone. Every time I order from this dominoes it?s just a regret, mylast order had bread knots with cheese dip and my cheese dip came over cooked, hard, un-dippable, and dry. The pasta I orderwith my last order was the carbonara which came disappointingly missing chicken. Looking at the other reviews it seems thisstore is a joke with a poor manager who needs be fired and replaced. As staff is consistently among other reviews uncaring,unprofessional, and the food reflects it. If you need dominoes delivered this is not the store to ever be ordering from. Iwasted money a couple times on this place so you don?t need to, this is a poor representation of brand and company. This Domino's always gets my order right. Their personal or professional and their driver's are always friendly. I always order... my pizza from this Domino's, because I know it will be fresh and delicious. Keep up the good work ya'll! Read more

Ordered pizza. A woman took my order. Said it would be no more than 45 minutes. I called about one hour and half still no pizza... to be delivered.was told only one driver maybe another 2 hours. If I had know this I would have gladly had pick it up. Well Ipickup. Wanted to charge me again. Because of delivery charge. And void my receipt and charge me because I was picking. Comeguys. You can gave the delivery charge on me. I will never get from dominos again. Very bad service. My pizzas also sat underthe warmer for how long is the question. Very dry to boot. Read more

Chronically late. Constantly have too few drivers. NEVER offers refunds for mistakes. Heck they could call and say they are... running HOURS behind. Its just a small courtesy. We order weekly. At least half the time they mess it up or like RIGHT NOWthey're so late. I ordered almost TWO hours ago. They make a tasty pizza but service is truly the worst!!! They were almost shutdown 3 years ago for this very problem. I doubt they'll survive as it's getting worse. ???? Read more

This is by far the worst pizza experience that I've ever had to interact with. I placed my order online which stated my order... would be delivered within 36 minutes or less. After an hour and a half I called and spoke to a female employee who told me"it'll get here whenever it does", and then hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to the exact same employee who told me towait until somebody was available to address my situation, and then hung up on me a second time. After waiting an hour and ahalf for my delivery and being hung up on twice by the same person, I asked to speak to the manager, and ended speaking toThomas from store location 6604 FM 78 SA TX, who told me that the delivery time was 90 minutes whether I liked it or notregardless of the 36 minutes timeline that was given to me when I placed the order. I explained to Thomas that I had my familywho was hungry and have been waiting an hour and a half for our meal and I needed to know when our order will be delivered inaccordance with the estimated delivery time. Thomas became irate with me and told me if I didn't like their delivery time, hewould rather give it to me free then deal with me. I accepted that offer since it was already an hour overdue and because he gotso upset and was so unprofessional oh, and decided to hang up on me. I accepted his offer, and canceled the transaction with mybank after informing the delivery driver and offering him a substantial tip for his services. Stay away from this establishmentbecause they do not care whatsoever about customers, have no problem hanging up on their customers 3 times and could not careless about maintaining any ongoing customers. I will never ever again order from this company, and I don't mean this locationeither. This was such a horrible experience that Thomas has cost not just his franchise,but domino's entirely next twogenerations of customers. Decided to try this location after being put on eternal hold at the Schertz location. They have a friendly staff. Although, they... did mix up my order. I ordered a large supreme and they made it a medium and gave me a large pepperoni instead. They switchedsome of my order around. They also don't know how to add toppings to a pizza or at least notify you if they are running low. Iordered a spinach and mushroom (picture is below.) They should also invest in correct training and learn how to cut a pizza allthe way through. The flavor was good, actually the best garlic knots with plenty of flavor. After I called to talk to themanager, they did credit my account for the error, but haven't been back to check what they gave me credit for on my nextpurchase. Read more
