Food quality has fallen off. First, let?s address the unfriendly tone by the young lady who took our order over the phone. Some... better customer service would go a long way. We were very disappointed with both Chicken parm and chicken Marsala. The chickenMarsala was flavorless and soupy. The chicken parm sauce seemed to be much different from the sauce that was on the pasta. Thesauce on the chicken was very bitter and tart, which made it hard to eat. Would give zero stars if I could. Family has ordered from this establishment for years and has always had pleasant experiences... up until now. Hoagie trays were completely wrong, and looked like they were thrown together by a 4 year old. Cheesesteak traysbarely had any meat. When calling to discuss with OWNER, he cursed and hung up on a family member. Have never been so disgustedby an owners reaction, especially after working in the restaurant industry for 10+ years. TDori recently catered a funeral luncheon for my family and did an outstanding job. The hot buffet was excellent and the dessert... trays were amazing. Rave reviews from all guests about the food. Delivery was on time and 100% accurate. Read more
Tried delivery from here after receiving a catering menu in the mail. T'Dori did not disappoint! I ordered a tuna salad... hoagie, which was tasty and stuffed well. My husband, who can be picky when it comes to wings, devoured the buffalo chickenwings in record time. The delivery people were so sweet, and were earlier than expected! Will definitely order from hereagain- I can't wait to try other items on their menu! Read more
This is a business worthy of our patronage! The food is always good and the owner is someone I respect. I had a conversation... with him the other night about the coupons no longer being used. He could not have been more transparent with me even though Ididn't deserve a full explanation. He could have simply said it's our new policy and left it alone. Instead he took the time toexplain the high inflationionary environment many business owners are currently facing. The margins have become a lot tighter. T'Dori's is the spot for takeout! We have been going to them for years to satisfy our bellies and provide great food for when... we don't feel like cooking. The portions are huge, the food is good quality and the price is right. The attached image shows acajun chicken cutlet sandwich with fries and a crispy chicken salad for $19! Hard to beat that. I placed my catering order weeks before my event, they called me two hours before pick up time- the day of the event- to tell me... one of my entrees was no longer available. Our order was for 30 people and it came with a salad large enough for maybe 10. Themeatballs were disappointing and tasted store bought. We had questions about catering supplies that they were completelyunknowledgeable about. Disappointed, as our family has always loved this place and we had nothing but positive expectations whenplacing our order. Read more
