Waited 40 minutes for my food which was sitting on the counter for I don't know how long while they were mopping and cleaning... and spraying the walls down not to mention the crew was not very friendly. Cursing left and right. Orders were just thrown inthe boxes, paper not even lining the box. Presentation was awful. The flavors were not even there. Eat here all the time just because I live next door and the wings are decent. Service could not be worse. They are consistently... 20+ minutes late on their pick up orders, constantly mess up orders, and are pretty incompetent all things customer service. Read more
The service here is VERY POOR! I placed an order at 8:57pm, I was told it would take 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes to arrive,... paid for my order upon arrival. I then waited another 30 minutes in the lobby for my order. When I questioned the wait theyclaimed they ?could not find my ticket?. I was told they would have to remake my order because they didn?t know what happened. Iheard them in the back saying ?I know I saw you make that ticket?. They could not provide me a time frame on when the ?new orderwould be completed?. I waited another 15 minutes. When I asked how could they accommodate due to the inconvenience. I was toldthere was nothing they could do. All they said was ?do you still want the order??. Once my ?new order? was completed, thequality was poor and the food was cold due to it being rushed. Poor customer service, poor food quality, poor organizationalskills, poor communication, and poor accommodations. Unprofessional, unsanitary, you can tell these employees hate there job. My first time visiting this location, I witness the... cooks in the back scooping cheese out of a bucket with her hands. Then put the bucket in the trash and proceeded to cookWITHOUT WASHING THERE HANDS. Followed by more unsanitary cooking. I was highly disappointed and got my money back (only oneindoor and the wait was like 45 mins.) Anyways I decided to visit again today to give them a second chance. Once again I'm theonly one indoors and my time time is 45 mins (I ordered a 10pc combo) the staff is just standing there doing nothing whichexplains the long wait time. Highly disappointed in this location and I have made up my mind that all wingstops are like thisand I'll refuse to eat here ever again. Food was good, hot and tasty. About what I expected. I still think they have the best wings of any of the places that sell wings... as their primary item. Called in a carry out order at 12:30 on a weekend day. The website says most orders completed within15-21 minutes. 35 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my order while the manager sits and eats lunch with a family member orfriend. Odd time for an employee to take lunch. Service while slow was friendly. Read more
Horrible !!! I put in a order at 4:13 online to pick up at 5pm get to the store last tells me they going on the order now.. 2... seconds later another guy comes up and is like it?s gonna be like 15 more min ! Why ? Because you wanted them well done ! Excuseme but no where in my order does it says well done ? after that they couldn?t give me a responds ?
