Ordered the Pretzel Bun burger and was given a regular burger. When I brought it to their attention I was told they were out of... Pretzel Buns. When asked why he let me order it if they didn't have it I just got a blank stare. People from the drive thru wereparking and coming in for the same reason. Horrible! I ordered the French toast combo and it smelled horrible. As if it were spoiled. Because I was on my way to work I... didn?t have a chance to go back. I called and spoke with Melissa and she told me ?French Toast are made with eggs? ?those cameout of a brand new box, no way they are spoiled?. I even let my coworker smell them. The food was fine, but service was a mess. One family had been waiting nearly an hour for their food. The staff seemed to be... completely lost to what was going on. 2 stars for the friendly staff but that's the extent of it. The dinning area was dirty and had food everywhere, the ketchup... dispensers were broken/empty, and a wasp was flying around so after they fixed the mistake on my order, we left. I went to wendys this afternoon, seeing as other locations in this area are spread out. Location was easy to find. However, once... I got through the drive through, ( ordered a 5$ biggie bag) I gave the card to the cashier and said the transaction did not gothrough. That was strange to me as I had plenty of money in there for a 5 dollar meal. I gave them more money and then it wentthrough. Before I made it to far out I checked my bank and it said Wendy's charged me 8 dollars instead of 5.41. I went back, (2 dollars extra isn't a big deal, it's more about morals) and once I got inside the lady at the front threw my food away eventhough I only brought it in to show I bought it! ( they didn't give me a receipt originally) they said they didn't know why itcharged me 8 dollars. The refunded the 5.41 original amount( which means I still didn't get a full refund) and I left feelingunsatisfied. Poor customer service. But hey, at least I got a free cookie out of it. Read more
