This is the second time I?ve come to this location and have waited for someone to answer the drive thru to take my order and... nobody did, we drove around to the windows to see workers just stood there doing nothing.. this was an hour before they were?supposedly? closed. Other times the wait time in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous and the inside is never open at night.Food is mediocre and I always make sure to double check my food before I leave. Absolutely disgusting I hate I even stopped here but I was in a rush. The entire place needs to be RENOVATED PLEASE I can't... believe they are still operating in such a restaurant. Wendy's do better.... Brand new soda machine sticky and black stuffcoming out of it. Staff acting like everything was okay when really alot of adjustments needs to be made super not clean. Read more

Drive thru, 1 car in line before me no one behind. After 13 minutes they took order for 1st car. 14 minutes later they finally... came on speaker and took my order and pulled up to window took money and still another 9 minutes. This paticular wendys hasalways had issues. As many times as we go, there some issues! i am not a person that complains, I also am a business owner whotrys to meet customer needs. Anytime your dealing with people it can be difficult. But you must strive for customersatisfaction! They really need some type of supervison and help. Read more

Slow service. I ordered at the menu then was asked twice to repeat myself at both windows. The guy at the first was rude and... acted confused. I think the manager was at the second window. I asked if I was charged correctly and he sharply said yes. I donot recommend this Wendy the staff lack professionalism and politeness. Read more

Uggg! Horrible experience! No greeting when the person was ready to take our order after goofing off, acted as if we interrupted... something. He just asked rudely if it was for here or to go. Then he seemed so confused about our order and gathering it. Wewere the only ones in the restaurant and within 10 seconds after ordering he was so scatterbrained, he couldn't remember if hegave me the cups for my drink. The whole dining area looked clean but really wasn't. The trash was running over and just feltgross! Did I mention there were at least 12 people behind the counter??? It felt as if there was a party going on in the back,well, it sounded as if that was what was going on anyway. Oh yeah, my food was barely warm and my frosty was half melted....???? Read more
