I want to like this place but it’s really gone down over the months. We tried to place a simple to go order. The young man on... the phone was confused, unable to process the order and basically just stopped speaking on the end of the phone. Took 7 minutesfor him to attempt to take an order and he basically just gave up. We had to place the order at the store itself ??????????? Thefood was not great. The picture is of the baked potato I received. This is not acceptable, not only rotten by old and hard. Guysyou need to get back on the ball because service is not good and the food isn’t either. Conroe is my go to location despite having one closer to home and I normally have a great experience. The staff is always... friendly and professional and the food is normally good. I went today (7/2) to celebrate my birthday with my father andthankfully we didn’t see this roach crawling out the paneling of the booth until after we finished our meals ???? absolutelydisgusting. Let two staff members know and one offered to kill it for us but that was it. Won’t be back. Extremelydisappointing experience. Read more
This is by far my favorite place to go out and eat! I'm a quadriplegic so sometimes finding a perfect restaurant to go out and... eat is difficult because of the tables set up or because it's not wheelchair friendly. This place however is so wheelchairfriendly and not to mention how the staff are always so friendly! I highly recommend this place for able bodies and for peoplewho are on wheelchairs you won't regret it as well! I always order the sirloin steak with steak fries and mashed potatoesthat's my go-to meal! Read more
Bone in ribeye smothered with sauteed onions and mushrooms, loaded baked potato and those to die for green beans. I won't... mention the rolls they speak for themselves with the honey butter. Washed it all down with a frozen Jamaican Cowboy i wasfeeling good and fat full. This place never disappoints me. The bar staff took really good care of me. Read more
Shared a steak dinner with my wife. Great taste and cooked just the way we wanted it. Friendly staff and quick... service. Apparently they don't do peanuts anymore but they still have the amazing rolls and cinnamon butter so that's all thatmatters???? Read more

Right away this place was amazing. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and added to a list. 10-20 min wait time that... ended up being about 9 minutes. I can’t remember who sat us but she was fantastic. She asked me questions about how my day wasand previous visits and I had said we had never been to that location. Within minutes Hannah the manager or supervisor (Notsure) came and gave me this adorable bag of peanuts, a coupon and info to sign up for their texts and bday club. I wasimmediately impressed by this restaurant before I even ordered my drink. Macie was our server and she was so sweet and verythorough on her knowledge of the menu. The cactus blossom is famous of course so that and fried mushrooms were first on ourlist. PERFECTION! The salad was served on ice cold plates which was nice and refreshing between the heavenly fried food and thesteaks of glory. And then came the steaks. I had mine with mushrooms on top which was cooked to perfection. Slightly pink insideand tender.. oh so tender. Our total for the evening was around a bill with tip and it was worth every penny. We will for surebe back to the Texas Roadhouse again for family night. Read more
So....Me and the hubby ate here on a Sunday afternoon ,if I had to rate this place the food was about a 9 on a scale of 0ne to... ten because,the vegetables was hard enough to beat a robber with lol. ???? ???? but the manager let me get another side so...
