The food was great! The portions are big and the prices were reasonable. The waitstaff are happy to help you and egar to serve... you. We enjoyed everything about our meals but were perplexed when we were charged $4.32 each for a glass of water. First timeI've ever been charged for a glass of water! I want to congratulate the Chef she is amazing cooking my favorite dishes, today I got the special pork on green sauce rice,... redoes beans, salad and hand made corn tortillas, it?s delicious!!! You should try it when you come and visit them, this been mybest experience also the hostess and servers they are very good on attention and great customer service! Love it Read more
Large glass, straw way to short for the glass. The salsa was ok. The place had about 6 people, about 30 minute wait. I... got a burrito with the Mexican BBQ and there was literally no taste to the whole burrito except I could taste the sour cream. On 3/25/2022 I and my party of 2 wanted to try out the new Taqueria in town. Everything was okay until we received our bill. To... my dismay and disappointment the bill came with an additional charge "Non Cash Adj of $1.00", now to a lot of people a $1.00 isnot a big deal. Out of curiosity I asked the waitress what was the extra $1.00 for and she stated she had no idea and needed toask the manager. I observed them as they spoke about it amongst each other in a group and after going back and forth the managerfinally agreed to come talk to me at my table because the waitress was unable to explain it. The manager explained that the$1.00 adjustment was for their merchant services fees being passed onto their customers. Mind boggling that this is a hugerestaurant chain in Houston and they do not want to pay their own merchant services. I myself as a small business owner am awareof business merchant fees which at the most for many are .30 cents per transaction. The manager offered to remove the fee ifONLY we paid cash. We are living in the 21st century and don't carry cash as most don't. As a business owner I find thatupsetting that a large restaurant chain are passing their bills onto their customers. If you don't have a problem paying the$1.00 merchant services fee for using your debit/credit card awesome. But be Wary of the $1.00 merchant charge. But as for meand my party we will NEVER go back again. Read more
It is wonderful that a restaurant is consistent, in this case consistently wrong. Arandas food is some of my favorite comfort... food. And this one is no exception, however I can never get a correct order in delivery. Missing items, wrong items, it reallyis a shame. That's the reason for 2 stars. The last few times we have ordered we have been missing food or have the wrong food.At least it's good food. I think we have gotten 2 or 3 correct orders out of maybe 10 or 12? Its always my childs part of theorder we are missing, and ours that are wrong. She is autistic so its a hot mess here at home trying to scramble to find hersomething to eat after she was looking forward to what she had ordered. We were so excited to get an Arandas up here too. Itreally is a shame. I guess we will wait another 6 months before ordering again. Read more
