This location has really improved since my first few visits. What I appreciate the most is that my orders have been prepared... correctly. I'm a vegetarian and there is nothing more disappointing than being ready to bite into my taco and finding it hasground beef instead of refried beans. But you know what? I haven't had that happen here. They have been consistently accuratewith my order and it's wonderful. Keep it up guys! Read more
I just left this Taco Bell and I am disappointed. I ordered 2 beefy cheese and rice burrito in a bowl, not only am I missing the... nacho cheese there?s no creamy jalapeño sauce, they were out of silverware which is inconvenient and to top it all off theycharge .65 for sour cream which wasn?t even halfway filled. Taco Bell food is usually fresh & what I expect. Has been about the same, with few changes, since I was 16-years-old. When I... would ask for extra, back then, you really got extra! However, the other night this location, fell a little short. I always addonions to my food, esp. tacos & extra lettuce, for which, I gladly pay more. The other night they did a great job, addingextra, but only to about 5 tacos, in the party pack I ordered. Eventhough, I paid an extra $9.+, for my order. I believe thislocation can & will improve. They are always friendly, eager to help, adjusting my order, any way, I ask them to do. This is whyI gave them 4 stars. Not only did they forget 2 items from my order, they didn?t have a way to make them to begin with but failed to tell me and just... thought I?d be okay with going home without them. I gave my daughter the bag and she?s young so she of course told meeverything was there and when I got home I realized we were missing 2 items which of course is also my fault for not lookingmyself. So I called them while on my way and all they offered was to make them but once I got there they told me that themachine they use to make them wasn?t working and decided to replace my items instead with a greasy hard taco instead! Get the order wrong sometimes and the quality is inconsistent on the bad side. Sometimes its just fine. The drink machine is... highlight. A bit too dirty to be new. Staff is nice. Read more
I think they read the bad reviews of the people who reviewed it as soon as they opened. Maybe they did just need training.... Because food was great. Food had good amount of filling.
