I have had so many issues with this store in the past few years. I feel like it has gotten progressively worse. Almost every... single visit, we have an item missing. On my last visit, the Baja blast syrup was going out so I asked the lady working thedrive thru to replace it for me. It seemed she was agitated with the request and kept slamming the window. When we got home, wediscovered that the other 3 drinks were also straight up soda water, no syrup. (all Sierra Mist) We were also missing all 3orders of cinnamon twists. I called the store several times, to see about getting my money refunded or items replaced but no oneanswered which prompted me to email corporate. I am still waiting on a resolution but at this point it?s fair to say that I?vegiven this establishment enough chances. I?m just done. Read more

I have been patronizing this franchise for a number of years... The staff used to be jovial with great personalities... NOT... ANYMORE! ... They will not take your order in person when dining in... They just point to the kiosk... They don't sayanything, just point.. No 'Hi', no acknowledgement other than pointing... This has happened both of the last two visits... Evenasking for catsup for hashbrowns after my breakfast was given was not acknowledged... Their focus does seem to on the drive-thruonly, with backs staying intentionally turned away from the dine in counter... The time before today I asked them specificallyif they will take my order... The answer was, point to the kiosk and say we're too busy... Also, as you can see from thepicture, the breakfast had hardly a smidgen of sausage crumbles... The good thing was the restaurant dining space was clean...Maybe this was because no one else was in there; perhaps the rude staff was why ;).... Read more

Not too hard to get into. A little bit of traffic when you're coming out. The food is standard Taco Bell food, which is very... tasty but not always the healthiest choice. The lady at the drive thru was very busy inside as well as working the window. Fromthe little I interacted with her, she was nice and did her job perfectly. Their unsweetened iced tea tastes a little bit bitter,but is 75% better than the local Jack-In-The-Box. I will gladly eat there again in the near future. Read more

The service was amazing!!! The gentleman that took my order was the kindest! Usually you get younger kids that you can tell is... only there for the paycheck and don?t give good service! No. They were kind and service was great! Great job Taco Bell! Read more

Terrible Service. Twice I have gone through the drive thru at this location. The first time the girl gave me my food and then... left the window before I could look to see if my order was correct. It wasn't and after 5 minutes she hadn't come back so Ileft. Again I tried this location. They were out of their freeze. Since it was an online order they can't take it off orrefund. They offer a fountain drink. The best they can do is $1 less than the value i paid for the drink in effect stealing fromme. I made a counter offer for a food item of comparable value and they refused. After explaining to them that a lesse valueditem isn't fair business the GM came on and told me to get out of line and just cancel my order. I can go elsewhere. I asked forhelp canceling my order, I've never done that before. She tells me to just get out of line and figure it out. While I'm tryingto talk to them about canceling my order the GM comes outside and starts talking bad about me to customers behind me and tellingthem to go around. I finally figured it out and left but not after being embarrassed and threatened with calling thepolice. Worst service ever. Read more

This location is awful. Placed an order online for pickup, arrived after the order tracker said it was ready. Waited for 5... minutes to have someone tell me they didn't have my order. Verified the address and she claimed it "isn't in the system." Icouldn't leave because you get charged for the order when it's placed. Waited for them to finally start making it. Imagine howsurprised I was when they made it WITHOUT asking me what was included in the order... the order that they had not made becauseit wasn't "in the system". Either that was several lucky guesses in a row, or they're incompetent. No apology given either.Management, your payroll recipients treat customers like an inconvenience. Read more

Ordered four burritos, large drink, and two nacho fries. I got my food and the guy at the window assured me everything was in... the bag. I got home, on 1488 mind you, and neither order of fries was in the bag. I got the nacho cheese though. Tried to callto tell them 5 times, they won't answer the phone. Definitely check the bag before you drive away. Even if they tell you it'sall there. Read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with taco bell. Food wasn't heated to appropriate temperature. Also lacking key... ingredient of lettuce. Also the portioning was stingy. For what it's worth, this occured on 9/26/21 I love you taco bell,please fix this. Read more
