I got the outlaw which is a version of the Philly cheese steak..... I asked for tomatoes to be added and she gave me a huge... attitude about it but did not say anything to my friends who with me when they added or took away some things on their subsandwich. We were very disappointed. It was just tomatoes why be rude because I wanted to add them. She was like it doesn't comewith tomatoes buy this time ok so what she's saying is next I come she's gonna remember me and not put on my sub. Well don'tworry I won't go back to this location. We drive outta the way to come to this location but tonight 4/16/22 we went in and 2 young guys were working, Chris helped us... and you could tell he was embarrassed by his coworker (he had no name tag, young Hispanic guy) he had 4 friends in there he washooking up with free food and the 5 of them were acting a fool.. cussing, the friends were leaning over the glass talking overthe food and the guy working was handing them food.. they were saying they had no more gloves.. Ordered online 1/16/22 said it would be done by 2pm. Im sitting inside right now 211pm two teenagers still making my order of 3... subs. While their 4 friends sit in the shop and talk with them. I wish Ms. Karen was working today. She is by far the bestemployee at this location. Read more

Sent my husband to get me a BLT (that?s bacon, lettuce & tomato) 6? sub. Wanted to add pickles, red onion, and lite Mayo. Upon... returning with my sandwich we realize that they left out the L & T portion of the sandwich. It is literally in the name!!! Notfirst time receiving bad service at this location. Subway in Shenandoah, Texas. Latina server here was cold and unfriendly. Kept asking if I was eating here as if to imply that... I should go. Offered everyone else a red dine in basket except me. It must be criminal to be black and want to eat at one ofthese God forsaken places. I agree with that notion. Read more
