TO THE FRANCHISE OWNER: Please upgrade the amount of staff in your store during peak dining times. Advice: Try a Different... Location Experience: Ordered for pickup by 3:15. They didn't start making it until ~3:30 or so. I know this, because I wasthere, waiting the entire time. Employee #1 said it would be ready in just a second. Employee #2 didn't start making it untilafter they helped the 6 people that kept coming in, even though I had been there waiting. Employee #2 burned the bread, andwould've shorted me extra cheese that I paid for if I hadn't said anything. Everything was finally ready by ~3:40. "Save Time &Order Online"? What a joke! Today is the second time I have been at this location and they have been out of ingredients. I ordered and paid online and was... told I would have to cancel the order online to get a refund. I tried that too and it took about an hour to find the right webpage to submit a customer care request for the refund. I called the #800 for Subway and you can't talk to a real person you haveto do everything online, but beware there is a specific web page to visit, all the others listed on Subways website do not workand you can even get the chat to work. Made a order last night around 9:45pm from UberEATS and the order said arriving at 10:15pm then the driver got there and... continued to wait, left cuz it was taking too long I tried calling subway several times and no answer and the time for theorder to be ready changed to 1040pm so another driver came for it and they also left cuz it still wasn't done.then I get anothernotification that it will arrive by 10:50pm then 10:55pm and nothing.... Then I get another notification after 11pm that myorder was canceled so today I have called over 10 times and no answer....this is ridiculous If you have hours of operation andsomeone calls within the times your open you need to answer your phone and if you send uber eats that u are making the orderthen keep pushing it back just to cancel then you need to close your business or fire the employees on duty that refuses to makean order or answer the phone during business hours and get people that will actually do thier job Read more
Went for lunch to try new sweet onion teriyaki steak. They had a notice that they are having supply chain issues and were out... of ham by noon. So problem seemed to be they were being sparse on meat to make it go further. The steak teriyaki is no goodunless there is proportional meat with bread. So back to Jersey Mikes for me. Read more
Came to this location with a coupon that expires on 5-21-22?..the cashier told me that it was expired when I scanned it, so I... handed him the coupon so he could clearly see the expiration date?..he told me to scan it again and told me that the machineread error??I asked him why it was doing that and he stated that he did not know?..I heard him state that it was his first day,so I do not fault him?.I do however fault Subway?...I ended up paying full price?..Subway should fix this issue?.I dontunderstand why they?re sending out coupons and then state that they don?t work when trying to use them at the restaurant?? Stopped by this location as I usually do and ordered a BLT. Simple enough right? I was informed by a rude employee that they can... no longer make the sandwich because they do not have the ?button? for it. Um, I was in the same establishment last week and theemployee had no issues making it for me. I don?t care what you ring it up as, as long as I get my sandwich and you get yourmoney. She stated that she ?couldn?t do that.? So, you are telling me that instead of ringing me up for a turkey sandwich addbacon and then hold the turkey, you would just rather not make a sale at all? Any who, I went to another Subway restaurant, andthey were happy to make my sandwich. I usually place a large order a few times a year for the office. My sandwich was Eh. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch basically. With cheese heated up with lettuce as the veggie. They charged me... 1.00 for each piece of bacon that was bland. I can't believe it's 1.00 for each piece of bacon that's crazy. Anyways the foodjust wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Normally a CBR is always awesome but not that day. The service was excellent thelady was very nice and polite I have no complaints in that area what so ever. The subway was very clean looking considering theway the whole outer area surrounding the store looks. Kinda sketchy why would you stop here looking lol. But as I said theinside was clean and the staff was great. It was just my sandwich that I was disappointed with. Probably give it another chanceone day we shall see.
