I ordered a sub for delivery and when I checked it there was so little lettuce on it that at first I thought they forgot it.... There was a tiny sprinkling of lettuce along the inside of the sub and that was it. There wasn't anything I could do as it wasdelivered and I couldn't leave work. Ok so the reason for the low rating was service. The food was just like any other subways food, the service however was... extremely terrible. I came in and had an order of 2 sandwiches and then I had an order for a friend written on my phone. Thephone order when I read through it seemed confusing so I thought hey this might be better if I just show the associate the orderon my phone to read it because it might make more sense to them. Me and my friend start ordering our sandwiches and immediatelythe associate was very dismissive and quickly moved from me to my friend. I then tell her I have an order on my phone and Iattempt to show it to her and she looks up quickly and immediately says ?we?ll you?re just going to have to read it to mebecause I just don?t have time for that? in an EXTREMELY rude tone. I started reading the order to her and pretty quickly shemoves from bread to meats to cheese without much of verifying what the order actually was. She continues this pattern with mineand my friends sandwich and proceeded to make mine wrong and make my friends wrong as well. My orders get made wrong prettyfrequently so that?s not as big a deal for me as the service. The associate had her name tag on the back of her cap but when sheturned around we caught her name Andrea. Literally just left this place because I stood waiting for 20 minutes. For someone to come take my order. You would think they... would have more staff working. That is not the case at this Subway. It's seriously understaffed, and when the lady finally stoodup. It seemed she was forced to get up and do her job. Only 1 person seems to work here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Read more
