They are usually pretty fast and quick. They do however never put ketchup with the food unless you specifically ask for it. To... be honest they need new management. Their food is always cold or the order is messed up. I understand it happens but continuallyit shouldn't. I waited 20 minutes for an order I did on their app and was not even approached by management to explain. Thisdoes not meet any standards sonic has set for this company . Read more

I just ordered a chicken sandwich that looked like a burnt fish sandwich when I unwrapped it. Opened it when I got home because...
