My rating for this particular Salata is not so much for the food, but the service. There was one employee who served me today... who was very rude in explaining that any food left over that doesn?t fit into a wrap is ?supposed to be thrown away.? That?sdespite me paying an extra $3 for falafel, which per her admonition should be discarded because it didn?t fit into the wrap!Unbelievable! I?m hoping the owner reads this and sets this employee straight. I?ve eaten at other Salada locations and neverhad such poor service. Read more
Always a good quality salad here. Lunch time can be a bit nutty and therefore it can take you 20 minutes to get through the... line. On many occasions they're out of key staple food items, I would imagine this is related to the supply chain challenges.There are a few staff members here who are quite rude, and not very helpful. I've experienced challenges with one person inparticular who the manager acknowledged is a challenge for her yet she still works there. I would imagine this is also achallenge a business has to manage through if the choice is to have no employees or ones who perhaps don't represent your brandwell. I would surmise this location has chosen to accept the latter as they've also altered their hours on the weekends in thepast due to staffing shortages. Last point, I think their prices are quite high even when you consider the rising costsassociated with inflation. For instance, a small salad, regular salad without protein, child's meal and drink should not costyou $40. It's simply a sign of the times with how inflated things are, but wow. Read more
Service was horrible, and manager did nothing about it. Very disappointed, as a lover of the franchise. Spent $18 on a custom... salad and staff was very unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest this the Conroe Texas location. Read more
My first visit to Salata was awesome! The "menu" was simple enough to figure out the size etc of salad I wanted and then the... variety of greens, toppings, dressings, and proteins was great! Eating at Salata's almost had me feeling like I was cheating onmy diet. Lol lol. Staff was fast and helpful. If you haven't been you're missing out! Read more
I'm a first time visitor to this place. It was amazing. It was a lot of food. I ate off that salad for 2 days. The salad bar was... very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a little of everything on that salad. They have all kinds of options tochoose from. Like chicken Cajun turkey grilled salmon and crab. Definitely going back!! Kudos!! Read more
