I ordered extra sauces for 2 combos before my sons game last week. I had to wait for the chicken to be cooked which was fine,... but when they brought me the order i asked if the extra sauces were in the bag they said yes. When i got to the game theybwerentin the bag. I called to let them know and they man who answered said just come back in and well replace the whole order. I wentin the next afternoon and was basically treated as if i was lying to get free chicken! The manager said "what do u want me to doabout some missing sauces?" He made me feel like i was trying to lie to get over on them for free food. I never asked for myfood to be replaced it was offered to me. I left embarrassed and humiliated. Ill never eat here again. I have gone here for years as a kid and loved canes every time I came, and today I got some after work and ate it at home... through my time eating it I ended up having a clump of small black hairs and kept pulling it out of my mouth and there ended upbeing more in my food that I didn?t even notice being there since it was under all my fries, I don?t have a weak stomach but Icalled to warn the manager about it and I was very kind and understanding that things happen in the food industry, yet I wasgreeted in not a formal way from her and didn?t once get an apology and was told to take a picture and send it so she can justmake a report not apologies were given and not even a bit of kindness not even a goodbye just a okay and hang up, these newbreed of managers are something else cause at my work I deal with the exact same kind Read more
At first I didn't like Raising Cains and then after a couple years I tried them again and now I find myself with the occasional... cravings for their chicken and Cains sauce. Thats some good stuff! Read more
Disappointed. We ate inside.. food was ready fairly quickly, but the fries were very small pieces, like the ones at the bottom... of a bag. They were warm and tasted like they were fried in day old oil. ???? I usually have no problem with the food here butthis might be our last time eating Rasin Cane?s here in Conroe. Read more
One of my favorite chicken spots to go to. While it isn?t gourmet food or anything, you get very solid chicken for a reasonable... price and very quick service. The sauce is definitely the star product of the meal, and honestly without it, the rest of thefood just wouldn?t be as good. Overall, it?s a nice fast food meal when you want some chicken and fries quickly. Read more
The restaurant was very clean and the food was hot. The fountain drinks were good. (They weren't those watered-down,... syrup-less drinks you get sometimes.) They were quick and the bathroom was clean. Read more

I paid $17 for the Caniac and they left out a chicken strip. I went though the drive through and didn?t catch it until I got... home.
