I just ordered an 8 piece family meal with all legs. I got home, opened the box, and they looked like the drum of a chicken... wing. I just paid $31 for chicken wing drums!!!! In addition to being tiny, they were so overcooked that they were like jerky. Ibrought this to someone's house for dinner. I just had to feed 3 people chicken wing drums!!! I'm beyond upset. I made a mobile order for drive-through and when I arrived they waited awhile at the window before telling me to pull into a... parking spot to wait for my meal I wait I waited until I went in and found out that they had forgotten to give me my food. We ordered dinner last night for 4 of us. Paid $50 for them to get almost the whole Order wrong. We were missing another mashed... potatoes and Mac n cheese and they gave an extra basket of fries we didn?t ask for. They didn?t label the chicken to know whichwas what and so the kids got a spicy drumb stick and the red beans and rice was only plain rice. I am quite disappointed. Read more
Employee had a bad attitude. She raised her voice for no reason. I just wanted to order some chicken. I had enough of her... attitude and I left without buying anything there. Instead, I went to Walmart and bought a ready 2 eat Rotisserie Chicken, whichwas delicious and affordable. Read more

The food itself was great. But we had to wait 7 minutes for the sandwich. And they don't have Splenda they only have Sweet and... Low and regular sugar. That's a problem. So I got cold fries, and a hot sandwich. Ugh. Read more
Went thru drive through. It was very hard to hear with the feeder traffic. Dude taking the order was very short and acted like... it was too much effort to place a one combo meal order. Drive through was fast. Girl at the window argued the differences inwhat she was handing me and what was shown on the ordering screen. Fries were cold but the chicken was hot. Read more
