You do not give enough sauce or honey at the drive through. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and recieved 3 honeys and 2 sauces.... I asked for more and again given 2 honeys and 1 sauce. Do you really think that is enough for a 12 piece family meal, I don'tthinks so. Read more
The food was good but the service was horrible. We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and fries. We pulled up to the window and paid... and were asked to pull forward and wait 5 minutes for the food. We pulled forward and waited while 8 vehicles came in behind us,got their food and drove around us and left. After 15 minutes I walked into the store and asked about my order and they hadcompletely forgotten us. They acted like they had no idea we were waiting. I heard the manager calling out the order to thekitchen and finally got my food several minutes later. Not so much as an apology about it. I am usually patient especially witha lot of places being short staffed lately but this was just bad communication and being unorganized. Read more
My husband loves Popeye's Chicken and nowadays when we visit out side our area we're often disappointed. However at this Popeyes... and location it exceeded on expectations. The restaurant was nice and clean the staff was friendly and most of all the food wasgood and hot. Food was good but customer service was terrible. The girl at the drive through window never said one word. Took the money,... handed me my food and shut the window. I had to blow my horn just to get some honey. All this was done while her and the managerstood there talking. When I made a comment about the customer service she laughed and shut the window. Worst Popeye's I've ever had. Dried out almost burnt biscuits. The chicken looked old and you could smell the grease on them.... The chicken was supposed to be spicy but I didn't taste any spiciness. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the services was. They had my chicken to me before the cashier finished running my... payment. Once I got home I understood why it was so fast. The chicken was so dry that it was uneatable. The biscuit were just asbad. The Cajun rice was the only item that ok. I would rather wait a few minutes for decent chicken than have super fast serviceand $40 of food that had to be thrown away. Read more
