I'm always so courteous and ask them kindly if they could please drop my items fresh. I inform them that I'm not in a rush so... for them to take their time. I would give less than one star if I could. Over a month and a half ago, I paid for 12 pc mixed. They gave me two breasts and... all the rest dark meat. The "thighs" were the most creatively cut pile of bones that I have ever seen. I called the Mgr onduty and told him of this discovery as the four of us sat down to eat and asked him to make it right on a future visit. He toldme to get up and bring it back right then or he would do nothing. I called Popeyes national complaint line. As of 45 days andmore calls than I can count from me to them, both ownership and Popeye's management have ignored the complaint. They obviouslyjust do not give a darn. Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and didn't receive either of the sauces I ordered? Not sure how I was supposed to eat dry... chicken with no sauce but since I was stuck at work for 10 more hours after my order arrived I really had no choice but to eatdry chicken with dry biscuits. Ordered through the drive thru tonight. After checking my order, I found I was missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits. Went... back through the drive thru to get my missing food. The manager acted disgusted that she had to fix my order. She closed thewindow in my face after giving my order to me, never saying a word to me. Terrible customer service. Terrible. Had to wait for "fresh" spicy strips. Got back to work and Chicken was so tough and fries were ice cold. Microwaved it... and still could not eat it. $11 and one whole lunchbreak WASTED. Read more
