Review Update 4 months later??yep this place still SUCKS. Terrible customer service This place is new so of course, extend... grace to get the employees and systems rollin. BUT my gosh?all my experiences have been terrible, wrong, and slow. Papa JohnsApp said pizza was done. Employee responds ?well the app lied to you.? She kept stalling me saying it?s up next. I came back uptwice and it was always a little longer/more excuses. I was like ok? It?s been an hour for 1 large pizza and breadsticks on aWednesday night. Either way. Terrible service. Hope they get it sorted out but from now on I?ll be ordering pizza somewhereelse and def a different location until then. Seems so unorganized. Read more
We?ve order from here since they opened and it has just completely went downhill since the first time. First time was great,... literally zero issues. Then it was cold pizza, completely wrong pizza, taking 6 hours to get to me pizza and now we?ve graduatedto not even cut and most times cold pizza. I had eliminated most delivery places and they were the last man standing. Oh well,I?m too fat for pizza anyway ???????? Read more
This is the only Papa John?s I have ever enjoyed. The pizza here is delicious. I?m giving them 5 stars but that doesn?t mean... they are without their problems. It?s how they resolved those problems (and how tasty their pizza is) that got them 5 stars.I?ve never had a problem with delivery taking too long from them. However, they are going through a labor shortage problem and Idon?t hold that against them. I have had two separate delivery drivers (both new and one even her first day) completelymishandle the pizza and ruin it. The last one had the pizza carrier hunched over her back before handoff. As soon as the pizzawas in my hand I could feel it ruined and all the weight to one side. All but a few slices from my 2 pizzas were ruined. Buthey, what was left was delicious! The GM personally reached out and credited me new pizzas. The manager has been a pleasure todeal with every time. Delivery time was one hour and forty five minutes. Called the store numerous times and line gets disconnected. Pizza looked... awful upon delivery! I will not be ordering from here again! They also forgot to put the chicken topping we paid for! If only Ican post a picture of the pizza.... ???? Read more
I wouldn?t order pizza here again. They are very understaffed. I placed a mobile order and walked in 20+ minutes after placing... the order and they hadn?t started making the pizza. There?s 1 person making pizzas. The labor shortage is real! I Changing myreview from 1 star to 3 because the pizzas came out good. We got the Halloween pizza they was good and cute kids loved them and why we was waiting I walked in and ask if they are hiring... yes they was everyone was nice so I wrote my info down give it to them two days later got a call yay!!!!!
