Its not great...like at all. Or cheap. I would've better off going to a diff fast food place. My vanilla cinnamon roll was more... lemon than my wife's lemon drop cookie. Will not be back. Family of 4 was easily $60 for sandwiches. Read more
Food was fine but restaurant was dirty. There were multiple tables with dirty dishes. Tables that were cleared had not been... wiped down. Drink station area was not wiped down and counter was dirty and sticky. We got the cleaner near the trash andwiped down our table before sitting down. Then noticed even walls surrounding booth were dirty. Only 1 person taking ordersalthough several people stood behind the counter. Cashier was ringing orders and getting bakery items so we had to wait forhim. He was very pleasant and helpful though. Saw what was maybe a manager or lead sitting in a booth on a laptop not doingmuch. Finished our food and tables still had not been bussed or cleaned. Saw manager refill cups but drink station was stillnever cleaned. I felt dirty after leaving there. Read more
Consistent food, polite staff, and clean interior. Perfect location for a small lunch meeting. Always check your to-go orders... before leaving - we have had missing items on four occasions but they have quickly and kindly corrected it each time. Read more
I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the food. The service was good. The food has always been good, just pricey. I... haven't had Panera for a while so why not. Once received and opened, the apples were browning. Same with the avocado in thesandwich. I'm just disappointed this time around. Read more
Great service each time?I get coffee here most days. The baristas Isabella, Simona and Katherine always have a smile. I?ve been... impressed with how patient they are with even difficult customers and orders. Seeing all the regulars is also reassuring. I would give this location a 0 but it's not an option!!! My Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich had one teaspoon of chicken and 1 cup... of lettuce!!! Worst service and experience ever with Panera!!! Find somewhere else to spend your money!! Read more
We usually have low expectations from any Panera but this one surprised us. We ordered Toasted Frontega Chicken and Mac n cheese... sandwich and tomato basil soup. They all tasted delicious and fresh. However we literally waited 30 mins to get our food in arather empty restaurant. The staff didn't bother to clean the tables. The floor was filthy with food and napkins all over. Itwould be understandable if they were understaffed but we saw at least 4 patrons running the kitchen. Read more
